ANALISIS PRODUKTIVITAS TENAGA KERJA PADA PEMBANGUNAN RUMAH TINGGAL CLUSTER FORESTVILLE GRANDCITY BLOK-K NO 20 BALIKPAPAN

Abstrak (Abstracts)

From this research, it has differences with previous studies, namely different implementation places and problems that are studied. The previous research was to examine how much productivity of split stone foundation work is produced by labor (masons and mason helpers) and how much is the ratio of labor coefficients (masons and helpers of masons) between the results of observations in the field with AHSPK in 2019. The purpose of this study is to be able to find out how the level of labor productivity is, and to be able to find out the addition of working hours for the completion of projects on the work that is melted down. This research uses research methods with quantitative methods. Quantitative method is the process of finding knowledge that uses data in the form of numbers as a tool to analyze what you want to know. The data processing used is descriptive analysis processing which is a data processing method used to analyze data by describing the picture of the data that has been collected as it is. Data collection in this study used secondary data using the Cost Budget Plan (RAB) for the work project implemented. The level of productivity of the labor composition there is a difference in the value of the coefficient in normal hours and overtime hours. In sloof work has a value of 8.92% of the level of labor productivity, in the work of the 2nd floor beam has a value of 7.81% the level of labor productivity, in the work of the 2nd floor column has a value of 2.31% of the level of labor productivity. In the sloof work, there was an addition of 3 hours of overtime, the 2nd floor beam work increased by 4 hours of overtime, and the 2nd floor column work occurred an addition of 1 hour of overtime. Dari penelitian ini memiliki perbedaan dengan penelitian sebelumnya yaitu tempat pelaksanaan yang berbeda dan permasalahan yang di teliti. Penelitian sebelumnya ialah meneliti berapa besar produktivitas pekerjaan pondasi batu belah yang dihasilkan oleh tenaga kerja (tukang batu dan pembantu tukang) dan berapa perbandingan koefisien tenaga kerja (tukang batu dan pembantu tukang) antara hasil pengamatan di lapangan dengan AHSPK tahun 2019. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk dapat mengetahui cara tingkat produktivitas tenaga kerja, dan dapat mengetahui penambahan jam kerja untuk penyelesaian proyek pada pekerjaan yang dilemburkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dengan metode kuantitatif. Metode kuantitatif adalah proses menemukan pengetahuan yang menggunakan data berupa angka sebagai alat menganalisis pada apa yang ingin diketahui. Pengolahan data yang digunakan adalah pengolahan analisis deskriptif yang merupakan suatu metode pengolahan data yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data dengan cara mendeskripsikan gambaran data yang telah terkumpul sebagaimana adanya. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dengan menggunakan Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) proyek pekerjaan yang dilaksanakan. Tingkat produktivitas komposisi tenaga kerja terdapat perbedaan nilai koefisien pada jam normal dan jam lembur. Pada pekerjaan sloof memiliki nilai sebesar 8.92% tingkat produktivitas tenaga kerja, pada pekerjaan balok lantai 2 memiliki nilai sebesar 7.81% tingkat produktivitas tenaga kerja, pada pekerjaan kolom lantai 2 memiliki nilai sebesar 2.31% tingkat produktivitas tenaga kerja. Pada pekerjaan sloof terjadi penambahan 3 jam lembur, pekerjan balok lantai 2 terjadi penambahan 4 jam lembur, dan pekerjaan kolom lantai 2 terjadi penambahan 1 jam lembur.
