DESKRIPSI TUGAS AKHIR :
PROGRAM PEMELIHARAAN FASILITAS KAMAR DALAM MENINGKATKAN KEPUASAN TAMU DI HOTEL GOLDEN TULIP BALIKPAPAN
Abstrak (Abstracts)
The research method used by the researcher is descriptive qualitative methodology where the researcher uses interview and direct observation techniques. Interviews were conducted with Mr. Sugeng Priyono as Housekeeping Executive, Mr. Mujiono as Assistant Chief Engineering and Mrs. Rinawati as HR Manager. For direct observation, researchers went to the field to see the facilities of each room as well as the process of maintenance and repair of all damaged facilities at the Golden Tulip Balikpapan Hotel. The results of this study are how the maintenance program is carried out on existing room facilities both in the House Keeping division and in the engineering division so that all these facilities can run well and avoid obstacles when being used. And whether this treatment program is in Accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures for the existing facilities at the Golden Tulip Hotel Balikpapan. And of course the impact of this program is the satisfaction of guests staying at Hotel Golden Tulip Balikpapan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan oleh peniliti adalah metodelogi kualitatif deskriptif dimana peneliti menggunakan teknik wawancara dan observasi langsung. Wawancara dilakukan dengan Bapak Sugeng Priyono selaku Executive Housekeeping, Bapak Mujiono selaku Assistant Chief Engineering dan Ibu Rinawati selaku HR Manager. Untuk observasi langsung peneliti terjun ke lapangan untuk melihat fasilitas setiap kamar serta proses perawatan serta perbaikan dari semua fasilitas yang rusak di Hotel Golden Tulip Balikpapan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bagaimana dijalankannya program perawatan pada fasilitas kamar yang ada baik di divisi Housekeeping maupun pada divisi engineering sehingga seluruh fasilitas ini dapat berjalan dengan baik dan terhindar dari kendala saat sedang digunakan. Serta apakah program perawatan ini sudah sesuai dengan Standar Operasional Prosedur Perawatan fasilitas yang ada di Hotel Golden Tulip Balikpapan. Dan tentunya dampak dari program ini adalah kepuasan tamu yang menginap di Hotel Golden Tulip Balikpapan.
