Evaluasi Keselamatan Kerja Pada Pekerjaan Mini Pile di Proyek Pembangunan Asrama dan Kelas Baru Pondok Pesantren Darul Qur’an Wattarbiyah Samboja

Occupational health and safety (K3) is an important part of the implementation of activities in the construction sector. The process of implementing construction projects is very important, especially for workers. If things happen that are not desirable during the course of construction activities. Automatically this can cost the company in cost and time. Therefore, K3 needs to be prioritized to provide a sense of security and comfort in working In the process of this activity is very less relevant because there are few workers to implement the K3 system during project work. With this study aims to find out how much the risk of work accidents in this project as an evaluation material and what are the efforts to prevent work accidents. To analyze the level of work accidents, this study uses the HIRA (Hazard Identification Risk Assessment) method. HIRA (Hazard Identification Risk Asssessmenrt) method, which is a structured and systematic examination process of existing planning and operation processes to identify and evaluate problems to reduce the occurrence of work accidents. By using this method, it is hoped that efforts can be made to prevent and reduce the occurrence of work accidents that occur in the company and avoid and overcome these risks in an appropriate way. This risk assessment aims to determine the level of risk in terms of two parameters, namely likelihood and severity. Determination of the value of consequences with symbols L (likelihood), and S (severity). Then the results of the risk level are evaluated to determine risk criteria. Based on this assessment, there are 3 risks that rank high risk 2 which occupy medium risk there are 4 and 5 risks occupy low risk rating From the results above, it shows that the average risk is at the medium risk level. Kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja (K3) merupakan bagian penting dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan di bidang konstruksi. Proses pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi yang sangat diutamakan terutama bagi para pekerja. Jika terjadi hal-hal yang tidak diinginkan pada saat berjalannya kegiatan konstruksi berlangsung. Otomatis hal ini bisa merugikan perusahaan dalam biaya dan waktu. Karena itu K3 perlu di utamakan untuk memberikan rasa aman dan nyaman dalam bekerja Pada proses kegiatan ini sangat kurang relevan karena sedikitnya dari para pekerja untuk menerapkan sistem K3 saat pekerjaan proyek berlangsung. dengan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar risiko kecelakaan kerja pada proyek ini sebagai bahan evaluasi dan apa upaya untuk mencegah kecelakaan kerja Untuk Menganalisis tingkat kecelakaan kerja penelitian ini menggunakan metode HIRA (Hazard Identification Risk Assessment). Metode HIRA (Hazard Identification Risk Asssessmenrt), yaitu suatu proses pemeriksaan terstruktur dan sistematis dari perencanaan dan proses operasi yang ada untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengevaluasi masalah guna mengurangi terjadinya kecelakaan kerja. Dengan menggunakan metode tersebut, diharapkan dapat dilakukan usaha pencegaahan dan pengurangan terjadinya kecelakaan kerja yang terjadi di perusahaan dan menghindari serta menanggulangi risiko tersebut dengan cara yang tepat. Hasil dari penilaian ini untuk menentukan tingkat risiko yang ditinjau dari dua parameter yaitu likelihood (Kemunngkinan), dan severity (akibat). Penentuan nilai konsekuensi dengan simbol L (likelihood), dab S (severity). Kemudian hasil dari tingkat risiko dievaluasi untuk menentukan kriteria risiko. Berdasarkan dari penilaian tersebut, terdapat 3 risiko yang menempati peringkat high risk 2 yang menempati medium risk terdapat 4 dan 5 risiko menempati peringkat low risk Dari hasil diatas, maka menunjukan rata rata risiko berada ditingkat medium risk.
