PENGUKURAN TOPOGRAFI DAN PERHITUNGAN VOLUME GALIAN TIMBUNAN PADA PROYEK JALAN MENUJU GEDUNG KANTOR APARATUR SIPIL NEGARA DI IBU KOTA NUSANTARA

The relocation of the Indonesian National Capital (IKN) was carried out as one of the reasons for realizing equitable development in Indonesia. The centralization of development in the Java region makes the distribution of existing development in Indonesia unstable so that the establishment of East Kalimantan as the new Capital of the Archipelago (IKN) can be one of the solutions for equitable development in Indonesia. The road project area to the ASN office building in the National Capital City (IKN) has an area of 37,289 km2 located in North Penajam Paser Regency. The objectives of this study were as follows, knowing the land elevation in the road project area to the ASN office building, knowing the classification of terrain types on the contour map of the road project area to the ASN office based on the road geometric plan and knowing the volume of excavations and piles on the road project plan to the ASN office. The methodology used in this research is to process data that has been obtained in the field using 3D civil software so that the condition of the area is obtained in the form of contour maps. Then a road trase design is made and determines the classification of terrain after which the volume of piles and excavations is calculated. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion, the author obtained conclusions that can be drawn from this study as follows, the elevation condition in the road project area to the ASN office building obtained the highest elevation of 36 masl and the lowest elevation of 11 masl, the road terrain classification obtained a value of 10.014% or hilly area and the total volume of excavation amounted to 711311,5 m3 and the volume of piles amounted to 2687193 m3. Pemindahan Ibu kota Negara (IKN) Indonesia yang dilakukan sebagai salah satu alasan untuk merealisasikan pembangunan yang merata di Indonesia. Terpusatnya pembangunan di wilayah jawa membuat pemerataan pembangunan yang ada di Indonesia belum stabil sehingga dengan ditetapkannya Kalimantan timur sebagai Ibu Kota Nusantara (IKN) yang baru bisa menjadi salah satu solusi pemerataan pembangunan yang ada di indonesia. Area proyek jalan menuju gedung kantor ASN di Ibu Kota Negara (IKN) memiliki luas 37.289 km2 yang berlokasi di Kabupaten penajam Paser Utara. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan adalah sebagai berikut, mengetahui elevasi tanah pada area proyek jalan menuju gedung kantor ASN, mengetahui klasifikasi jenis medan pada peta kontur area proyek jalan menuju kantor ASN berdasarkan rencana geometrik jalan dan mengetahui volume galian dan timbunan pada rencana proyek jalan menuju kantor ASN. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu mengolah data yang telah didapatkan dilapangan menggunakan software civil 3D sehingga diperoleh kondisi area dalam bentuk peta kontur. Kemudian dibuat desain trase jalan dan menetukan klasifikasi medan setelah itu dihitung volume timbunan dan galian. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pembahasan data, penulis memperoleh kesimpulan yang dapat diambil dari penelitian ini sebagai berikut, kondisi elevasi pada area proyek jalan menuju Gedung kantor ASN diperoleh elevasi tertinggi yaitu 36 mdpl dan elevasi terendah 11 mdpl, klasifikasi medan jalan diperoleh nilai 10,014% atau area perbukitan dan volume total galian sebesar 711311,5 m3 dan volume timbunan sebesar 2687193 m3.
