ANALISIS TINGKAT PENCAPAIAN PENERAPAN SISTEM MANAJEMEN KESELAMATAN DAN KESEHATAN KERJA DI INDUSTRI PENGHASIL BETON READY MIX BALIKPAPAN

Balikpapan Ready Mix Concrete Producing Industry is a private company engaged in the sale of building materials from small scale to large scale such as mini mix concrete and big mix concrete. As a company that has a diverse level of potential accidents. The implementation of Occupational Safety and Health Management System in Balikpapan Ready Mix Concrete Producing Industry has been carried out with varying levels of application. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the level of achievement of the implementation of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System in the Balikpapan Ready Mix Concrete Producing Industry, this study was conducted to evaluate the extent to which the Occupational Safety and Health Management System has been implemented and achieved the objectives of occupational safety and health in the industry. This research uses the guidelines of the Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia No. 50 of 2012 concerning the Implementation of Occupational Safety and Health Management System. This Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia is a guideline that regulates the governance of occupational health and health in various industrial sectors in Indonesia, the main purpose of this analysis is to ensure that the industry has complied with the provisions stipulated in Government Regulation No. 50 of 2012. Data collection is obtained through a questionnaire, the collected data will be analyzed to measure the level of implementation of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System in the Industry. The results of this study show that the level of achievement of the implementation of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System in the Balikpapan Ready Mix Concrete Producing Industry is satisfactory. HSE Officer / HSE Supervisor as a respondent stated that the company has implemented occupational safety and health measures in accordance with the guidelines of the Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia No. 50 of 2012. It can be concluded that the Balikpapan Ready Mix Concrete Producing Industry has succeeded in achieving a satisfactory level of achievement in the implementation of an Occupational Safety and Health Management System in accordance with the guidelines of the Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia No. 50 of 2012 with a percentage yield of 90.96%. It is expected that the implementation of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System in the Balikpapan Ready Mix Concrete Producing Industry can improve or increase the knowledge, skills, and awareness of workers related to occupational safety and health in the industry. Industri Penghasil Beton Ready Mix Balikpapan merupakan perusahaan swasta yang bergerak dalam penjualan bahan bangunan dari skala kecil sampai skala besar seperti concrete mini mix dan concrete big mix. Sebagai perusahaan yang memiliki tingkat potensi kecelakaan yang beragam. Penerapan Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja di Industri Penghasil Beton Ready Mix Balikpapan sudah terlaksana dengan tingkat penerapan yang bervariasi. Oleh sebab itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat pencapaian penerapan Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja di Industri Penghasil Beton Ready Mix Balikpapan, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi sejauh mana Ssitem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja telah diterapkan dan mencapai tujuan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja di industri tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pedoman Peraturan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia No. 50 Tahun 2012 tentang Penerapan Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja. Peraturan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia ini merupakan pedoman yang mengatur tata kelola kesalamatan dan kesehatan kerja di berbagai sektor Industri di Indonesia, tujuan utama dari analisis ini adalah memastikan bahwa industri tersebut telah memenuhi ketentuan yang ditetapkan dalam Peraturan Pemerintah No. 50 Tahun 2012. Pengumpulan data didapatkan melalui kuesioner, data yang terkumpul akan dianalisis untuk mengukur tingkat penerapan Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja di Industri tersebut. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pencapaian penerapan Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja di Industri Penghasil Beton Ready Mix Balikpapan sudah memuaskan. HSE Officer/HSE Supervisor sebagai responden menyatakan bahwa perusahaan telah menerapkan langkah-langkah keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja yang sesuai dengan pedoman Peraturan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia No. 50 Tahun 2012. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa Industri Penghasil Beton Ready Mix Balikpapan telah berhasil mencapai tingkat pencapaian penerapan Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja yang memuaskan sesuai dengan pedoman Peraturan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia No. 50 Tahun 2012 dengan hasil persentase sebesar 90,96%. Diharapkan penerapan Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja pada Industri Penghasil Beton Ready Mix Balikpapan dapat melakukan perbaikan atau peningkatan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan kesadaran pekerja terkait keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja di industri tersebut.
