Manajemen Risiko Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) pada Proyek Konstruksi (Studi Kasus PT Jagat Interindo)

Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) issues in Indonesia are still underestimated, as evidenced by the high number of occupational accidents occurring mainly in the construction sector. Based on the report of the International Labor Organization (ILO), every day there is a work accident that resulted in fatal victims as many as 6000 cases. While in Indonesia every 100 thousand workers there are 20 people fatal due to accidents in the field of construction (Republika, Tuesday, January 15, 2016). In this research will be examined on the identification of hazard K3, risk assessment * 3 and how to control K3 risk in construction project, especially part of fasade installation with PT Jagat as research subject. Assessment method using standard AS / NZS 4360: 2004 Risk Management. From the research result, it is found that risk that is classified as high risk is 5 risk (20.8%), medium risk is 10 risk (41.7%), and low risk is 9 risk (37.5%). 5 risk of high risk category ie risk of falling from altitude when mounting bracket on the edge of floor with risk index 15.2, fall from scaffolding with risk index 15.2, gondola sling strap broken off when mounting glass from outer side of building with risk index 13.5, hand drilled during installation aluminum with risk index 11 and gondola motor slip with risk index 10.2. Based on identification and assessment it was found that high-rise jobs had higher risks and a larger risk index. Keywords: risk management, occupational safety and health (k3), AS / NZS 4360: 2004 Permasalahan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) di Indonesia masih dipandang sebelah mata, ini terbukti dari masih banyaknya kecelakaan kerja yang terjadi terutama di sektor konstruksi. Berdasarkan laporan International Labour Organization (ILO), setiap hari terjadi kecelakaan kerja yang mengakibatkan korban fatal sebanyak 6000 kasus. Sementara di Indonesia setiap 100 ribu tenaga kerja terdapat 20 orang fatal akibat kecelakaan kerja di bidang konstruksi (Republika, Selasa, 15 Januari 2016). Pada penelitian ini akan diteliti mengenai identifikasi bahaya K3, penilaian risiko *3 serta bagaimana pengendalian terhadap risiko K3 pada proyek konstruksi, terlebih dibagian pemasangan fasade dengan PT Jagat sebagai subjek penelitian. Metode penilaian menggunakan standar AS/NZS 4360:2004 Risk Management. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa risiko yang tergolong high risk berjumlah 5 risiko (20.8%), medium risk berjumlah 10 risiko (41.7%), dan low risk berjumlah 9 risiko (37.5%). 5 risiko kategori high risk yaitu risiko terjatuh dari ketinggian saat pemasangan bracket di pinggir lantai dengan indeks risiko 15.2, jatuh dari scaffolding dengan indeks risiko 15.2, tali sling gondola putus saat pemasangan kaca dari sisi luar bangunan dengan indeks risiko 13.5, tangan terkena bor saat pemasangan aluminium dengan indeks risiko 11 dan motor gondola slip dengan indeks risiko 10.2. Berdasarkan identifikasi dan penilaian ditemukan bahwa pekerjaan di tempat tinggi memiliki risiko lebih tinggi dan indeks risiko yang lebih besar.
