ANALISA KAPASITAS PRODUKSI ALAT BERAT DI AREA LAHAN PARKIR GEDUNG DIREKTORAT POLITEKNIK NEGERI BALIKPAPAN

Abstrak (Abstracts)

In general any civil construction work is always related to the problem of land work. The work of this land is done from digging, hoarding, moving and compacting to get the required ground specifications. In the implementation of this research heavy equipment to be used is Bulldozer KOMATSU D85E – SS – 2 Angle Dozer for land clearing, KOMATSU PC 200 – 8MO Excavator and Dump Truck type HINO FM 260 JM for excavation and landfill, and Compactor type BOMAG BW 211 PD40 for soil compaction work. Each tool has its advantages and disadvantages in terms of technical aspects. The need for further knowledge of such equipment is an appropriate effort to produce effective and efficient work. In this study, the analysis is done by means of data collection methods. Based on this, the objective to be achieved is to calculate the costs incurred to produce the equipment in completing the work based on the Unit Price Analysis and Productivity Guidelines for each heavy equipment so that the project implementation is more optimal. The data obtained were analyzed to obtain the productivity result, the amount of equipment used, the amount of equipment rental and the operational cost of the vehicle. From the result of data collection and calculation of analysis obtained the amount of heavy equipment, the amount of equipment rental and operational cost of heavy equipment vehicle that Bulldozer amounted to 1 unit with equipment rental cost of Rp. 12,056,676.94 and vehicle operating expenses of Rp. 9,693,000.33. Excavator amounted to 2 units with equipment rental cost of Rp. 17,478,030.64 and vehicle operating expenses of Rp. 14,527,821,96. Dump Truck amounted to 3 units with equipment rental cost of Rp. 17,563,329.00 and vehicle operating expenses of Rp. 29.196.622.94. Compactor amounted to 1 unit with equipment rental cost of Rp. 9,055,556,30 and vehicle operating expenses of Rp. 8.121.107.09-,. Pada umumnya setiap pekerjaan pembangunan bangunan sipil selalu berkaitan dengan masalah pekerjaan tanah. Pekerjaan tanah ini dilakukan mulai dari menggali, menimbun, memindahkan dan memadatkan untuk mendapatkan spesifikasi tanah yang diperlukan. Pada pelaksanaan penelitian ini alat – alat berat yang akan digunakan yaitu Bulldozer tipe KOMATSU D85E – SS – 2 Angle Dozer untuk pekerjaan pembersihan lahan, Excavator tipe KOMATSU PC 200 – 8MO dan Dump Truck tipe HINO FM 260 JM untuk pekerjaan galian dan timbunan tanah, serta Compactor tipe BOMAG BW 211 PD40 untuk pekerjaan pemadatan tanah. Masing – masing alat memiliki kelebihan dan kekurangan ditinjau dari segi teknis. Perlunya pengetahuan lebih lanjut mengenai alat berat tersebut sebagai upaya tepat untuk menghasilkan pekerjaan yang efektif dan efisien. Pada penelitian ini, dilakukan analisa yaitu dengan cara metode pengumpulan data. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, tujuan yang ingin dicapai adalah menghitung biaya yang dikeluarkan untuk memproduksi alat berat dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan berdasarkan Pedoman Analisa Harga Satuan dan Produktivitas masing – masing alat berat sehingga pelaksanaan proyek lebih optimal. Data yang diperoleh dianalisa untuk mendapatkan hasil produktivitas, jumlah alat berat yang dipergunakan, jumlah harga sewa alat dan biaya operasional kendaraan. Dari hasil pengumpulan data dan perhitungan analisa diperoleh jumlah alat berat, jumlah harga sewa alat dan biaya operasional kendaraan alat berat yaitu Bulldozer berjumlah 1 unit dengan biaya sewa alat sebesar Rp. 12.056.676,94 dan biaya operasional kendaraan sebesar Rp. 9.693.000,33. Excavator berjumlah 2 unit dengan biaya sewa alat sebesar Rp. 17.478.030,64 dan biaya operasional kendaraan sebesar Rp. 14.527.821,96. Dump Truck berjumlah 3 unit dengan biaya sewa alat sebesar Rp. 17.563.329,00 dan biaya operasional kendaraan sebesar Rp. 29.196.622,94. Compactor berjumlah 1 unit dengan biaya sewa alat sebesar Rp. 9.055.556,30 dan biaya operasional kendaraan sebesar Rp. 8.121.107,09
