ANALISAPRODUKTIVITAS ALAT BERAT PADA PROYEK JALAN TOL BALIKPAPAN-SAMARINDA Km 28

Abstrak (Abstracts)

he condition of Balikpapan-Samarinda Toll Road which has hilly land contour conditions, it is necessary to do cut and fill work using heavy equipment. In the project, it is necessary to plan the use of tools appropriately as well as planning the necessary costs. The purpose of the research is to obtain the productivity of heavy equipment, rental costs and operational costs of the equipment.  The required data is in the form of field data and administrative data of the Balikpapan-Samarinda Toll Road Project. With the settlement method in the form of calculating the productivity of heavy equipment, rental costs and operational costs of equipment on excavation and embankment work. The heavy equipment used is excavators, dump trucks, motor graders and compactors  From the planning results obtained productivity and equipment rental costs and operational costs from KOMATSU PC200-8 Excavators amounting to 623,336 / day for 8 days, Nissan CWB6 BLL DN Dump Trucks amounting to 619,272 𝑚3 / day for 8 days, MITSUBISHI MG 20 Motor Grader of 3456 𝑚3 / day for 2 days, Compactor HAMM 3410 for 3456 𝑚3 / day for 2 days. As well as the total equipment rental costs and operational costs, the results were Rp. 165,748,227.1. Kondisi Jalan Tol Balikpapan-Samarinda yang memiliki kondisi kontur tanah perbukitan, maka perlu dilakukan pekerjaan cut and fill menggunakan alat berat. Dalam proyek perlu perencanaan penggunaan alat dengan tepat serta perencanaan kebutuhan biaya yang diperlukan. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mendapatkan produktivitas alat berat, biaya sewa dan biaya operasional alat. Data yang dibutuhkan berupa data lapangan dan data administrasi Proyek Jalan Tol Balikpapan-Samarinda. Dengan metode penyelesaian berupa perhitungan produktivitas alat berat, biaya sewa dan biaya operasional alat pada pekerjaan galian dan timbunan. Alat berat yang digunakan adalah excavator, dump truck motor grader dan compactor Dari hasil perencanaan didapatkan produktivitas dan biaya sewa alat serta biaya operasional dari Excavator KOMATSU PC200-8 sebesar 623.336 /hari selama 8 hari, Dump Truck Nissan CWB6 BLL DN sebesar 619.272 𝑚3/hari selama 8 hari, Motor Grader MITSUBISHI MG 20 sebesar 3456 𝑚3/hari selama 2 hari, Compactor HAMM 3410 sebesar 3456 𝑚3/hari selama 2 hari. Serta total biaya sewa alat dan biaya operasional didapatkan dengan hasil Rp165.748.227,1.
