PENERAPAN SISTEM MANAJEMEN KESELAMATAN DAN KESEHATAN KERJA DI PT JAGAT INTERINDO PADA PROYEK BORNEO BAY BALIKPAPAN

Abstrak (Abstracts)

This research aims to study how the application of Hse management system in PT Jagat Interindo on Borneo Bay Balikpapan construction projects and also to find out how the influence of the application of the HSE management system on the performance of employees. The sample in this research are 58 employees of PT Jagat Interindo working on the Borneo Bay Balikpapan project. The technique of gathering data in this study is the from question or questionnaire with 2 variables namely safety variables and variable performance of employees. From the analysis of the results of a questionnaire that has been propagated in.its known that the application of safety management at PT Jagat interindo on the Borneo Bay Balikpapan project goes well. The majority of the employees stated that the management has all the elements that are present in the HSE management system in this project. This can be evidenced by the majority of the respondents stated that the management have a Safety officer conducting safety briefing, and put up safety signs in place. And, from the implementation of K3 management system that has been applied is very affected on performance of employees of PT Jagat Interindo. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan sistem manajemen K3 di PT Jagat Interindo pada Proyek Konstruksi Borneo Bay Balikpapan dan juga untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh dari penerapan sistem manajemen K3 pada kinerja para karyawan. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT Jagat Interindo padaproyek konstruksi Borneo Bay Balikpapan yang berjumlah 58 responden. Teknik penumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode angket/kuesioner dengan 2 variabel yaitu variabel K3 dan variabel kinerja karyawan. Dari hasil analisa data kuesioner yang telah disebarkan diketahui bahwa penerapan sistem manajemen K3 di PT Jagat Interindo pada proyek konstruksi Borneo Bay Balikpapan berjalan dengan baik. Mayoritas karyawan menyatakan bahwa pihak manajemen telah melaksanakan semua unsur yang ada dalam sistem manajemen K3 di proyek ini. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan mayoritas responden menyatakan bahwa pihak manajemen memiliki pengawas K3, melakukan pengarahan K3, dan memasang rambu-rambu K3 sesuai pada tempatnya. Dan, dari penerapan sistem manajemen K3 yang telah diterapkan sangat berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Jagat Interindo.
