Rencana anggaran biaya merupakan perhitungan biaya yang diperlukan untuk bahan dan upah, serta biaya-biaya tidak langsung yang berhubungan dengan pelaksanaan.Tanpa adanya rencana anggaran biaya , sangat mungkin terjadi pembengkakan biaya dikarenakan pembelian bahan bangunan yang tidak sesuai dengan volume pekerjaan, upah kerja yang tidak terkontrol Terdapat banyak metode untuk membuat perencanaan dan penjadwalan proyek, salah satunya adalah Critical Path Method (CPM) atau metode jalur kritis di mana metode ini meiliki rangkaian komponen-komponen kegiatan utama dengan total jumlah waktu terlama dan menunjukan kurun waktu penyelesaian proyek disebut jalur kritis. Berdasarkan hasil analisa diperoleh rencana biaya pelaksanan proyek ini sebesar Rp. 712.800.000 (Tujuh Ratus Dua Belas Juta Delapan Ratus Ribu Rupiah) dengan waktu pelaksanaan pembangunan proyek selama 125 Hari Kata kunci: CPM, penjadwalan, metode, waktu, biaya
