UJI KUAT TEKAN SILINDER DAN UJI KUAT LENTUR BALOK BETON SERAT GALVANIS DENGAN MODEL SPIRAL

Fiber concrete is a composite consisting of ordinary concrete with the addition of fibers such as galvanized wire to make concrete more ductile than normal concrete. This study used a galvanized wire variation of 5% by weight of cement with a spiral diameter model of 0.6 cm with the code S06A, S06B, S06, diameter model of 1cm with the code S1A, S1B, S1 and normal concrete codes with OA, OB, O, for 14 day compressive strength test, 28 day compressive strength test and flexural strength test. From the test results obtained value of compressive strength is 18,31 MPa, 18,68 MPa, and 29,82 MPa for test object OB, S06B, S1B. Flexural strength test is 3,795 MPa, 2,85 MPa, and 3,45 MPa for test object O, S06, S1. Changes in compressive strength increased is 2,020% and 62,861%. Flextural strength decreases is 28,211 %, and 13,098% each spiral test object is 0.6cm and 1cm diameter against normal concrete. Beton serat merupakan komposit yang terdiri dari beton biasa dengan penambahan serat seperti kawat galvanis agar beton menjadi lebih daktail dari beton normal. Penelitian ini menggunakan variasi kawat galvanis dari 5% berat semen dengan model spiral diameter 0,6 cm dengan kode S06A, S06B, S06, diameter 1 cm dengan kode S1A, S1B, S1 dan beton normal dengan kode OA, OB, O, untuk uji kuat tekan umur 14 hari, uji kuat tekan 28 hari dan uji kuat lentur. Dari hasil pengujian diperoleh nilai kuat tekan 18,31 MPa, 18,68 MPa, dan 29,82 MPa untuk benda uji OB, S06B, S1B. Pengujian kuat lentur sebesar 3,795 MPa, 2,85 MPa, dan 3,45 MPa untuk benda uji O, S06, S1. Perubahan kuat tekan meningkat sebesar 2,020% dan 62,861%. Kekuatan lentur turun sebesar 28,211 %, dan 13,098% masing-masing benda uji spiral diameter 0,6cm dan 1cm terhadap beton normal.
