RANCANG BANGUN SISTEM PENGAMAN MONITOR PANEL DAN CONTROLLER PADA SMALL EXCAVATOR BERBASIS ARDUINO
Abstrak (Abstracts)
The function of the small excavator unit is widely used for aquaculture, river excavation, and road opening / repair work. This requires guarding to ensure security of the unit. According to PT Electonic Medical Report (EMR) search data on 16-11-2017 PT. United Tractors from 2014 to 2017, the small excavator unit lost a monitor panel and controller as many as 13 units, and it caused losses of billions of rupiah, for own units achieve losses of up to hundreds of millions. The risk of loss was often experienced in small excavator units that worked in the plantation environment, road construction, river excavation, because the work is not always done until night and when there was a lack of supervision, arduino based alarm system technology was the right choice as a solution to prevent the risk of theft of the monitor panel and controller on the small excavator unit, using the Passive Infra Red (PIR) 1 sensor in the cabin room, the PIR2 sensor on the battery deck, and the switch door between the cabin and the door. If there was a burglary in the cabin room the alarm would be activated, if there was a break in the battery deck then the alarm would be activated, the alarm indicator system used a buzzer (horn) unit, and there was additional lighting in the cabin room using 24V Light Emitting Diode (LED) lights if the alarm was active. By using technology, tool alarm system risk lost of the monitor panel controller due to theft of the unit could be prevented. Perkerjaan unit small excavator banyak di gunakan untuk pertambakan, penggalian sungai, dan perkerjaan pembukaan/perbaikan jalan, hal ini membutuhkaan penjagaan/waker untuk memastikan keamaanan unit. Menurut data Electonic Medical Report (EMR) search pada tanggal 16-11-2017 PT.United Tractors dari tahun 2014 hingga tahun 2017, unit small excavator kehilangan monitor panel dan controller sebanyak 13 unit, kehilangan tersebut menyebabkan kerugian hingga milyaran rupiah, untuk perunit sendiri mencapai kerugian hingga ratusan juta. Resiko kehilangan tersebut sering di alami pada unit small excavator yang berkerja pada lingkungan perkebunan, pembangunan jalan, penggalian sungai, karna perkerjaan tersebut tidak selalu di lakukan sampai malam hari dan pada sat kurangnya pengawasan, teknologi tool alarm system berbasis arduino adalah sebuah pilihan tepat sebagai solusi untuk mencegah resiko pencurian monitor panel dan controller pada unit small excavator, dengan menggunakan sensor Passive Infra Red (PIR) 1 yang ada di ruang cabin, sensor PIR2 yang ada pada dek battery, dan switch door yang ada antara cabin dan pintu, jika terjadi pembobolan di ruang cabin maka alarm akan aktif, jika terjadi pembobolan pada dek battery maka alarm akan aktif, sistem indikator alarmnya menggunakan buzzer (horn) unit, dan ada penerangan tambahan di ruang cabin menggunkan lampu Light Emitting Diode (LED) 24V jika alarm aktif. Dengan menggunakan teknologi tool alarm system resiko hilangnya monitor panel controller akibat pencurian pada unit dapat dicegah.
