PENGARUH SERAT KAWAT GALVANIS POLA LINTING PADA KUAT LENTUR BETON BERTULANG
Abstrak (Abstracts)
This research using galvanized wire linting pattern can increase the strength of bending on reinforced concrete beams. The purpose of this research is to get strong value of reinforced beam of reinforced concrete slab with galvanized wire 1, linting 2, and linting 3 on normal reinforced concrete using Samboja sand and Pebble gravel. The specimens used were 12 specimens with each variation of 3 specimens, with details of RC (normal reinforced concrete beam), G (reinforced concrete beam with galvanized pattern 1), L2 (reinforced concrete beam with linting pattern 2), L3 (Reinforced concrete beam with linting pattern 3). Strong bending tests were performed at 28 days. From the test results obtained the average value of strong bending on 28-day reinforced concrete beams with code RC = 10.78 kNm, G = 14.53 kNm, L2 = 14.78 kNm, L3 = 14.53 kNm. The result of the increase of average strength of reinforced concrete beam respectively G = 25.80%, L2 = 27.06%, L3 = 25.80% against the reinforced concrete beam bending strength. Penelitian ini menggunakan kawat galvanis pola linting mampu meningkatkan kuat lentur pada balok beton bertulang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mendapatkan nilai kuat lentur balok beton bertulang normal yang diberi kawat galvanis dengan pola galvanis 1, linting 2, dan linting 3 terhadap balok beton bertulang normal menggunakan material pasir Samboja dan kerikil Palu. Benda uji yang digunakan sebanyak 12 benda uji dengan masing-masing variasi 3 benda uji, Dengan rincian RC (balok beton bertulang normal), G (balok beton bertulang dengan pola galvanis 1), L2 (balok beton bertulang dengan pola linting 2), L3 (balok beton bertulang dengan pola linting 3). Pengujian kuat lentur dilakukan pada umur 28 hari. Dari hasil pengujian didapat nilai rata-rata kuat lentur pada balok beton bertulang umur 28 hari dengan kode RC = 10,78 kNm, G = 14,53 kNm, L2 = 14,78 kNm, L3 = 14,53 kNm. Adapun hasil peningkatan kuat lentur rata-rata balok beton bertulang masing-masing G=25.80%, L2=27.06%, L3=25,80% terhadap kuat lentur balok beton bertulang.
