IMPLEMENTASI SENSOR LOAD CELL PADA ALAT PENETAS TELUR AYAM DAN BEBEK OTOMATIS MENGGUNAKAN SENSOR DHT11

Abstrak (Abstracts)

Chickens and ducks have become a source of food for the people of Indonesia and the eggs hatchery device will be a means to fulfil the increasing of chicken and duck meat if eggs are allowed to hatch naturally there is the possibility of uneven eggs evenly and resulting to a failure. And on the egg hatcher has been installed by DHT 11 sensor to detect temperature and humidity according to egg type if chicken egg has temperature 380C-390C and humidity 50-64% while ideal temperature for duck is 390C-400C while for the humidity 80-87 %, the load cell sensor as a weight gauge to distinguish the type of eggs because for poultry eggs are good especially for poultry chicken (bangkok)have weighs +39 grams while for ducks have weight +59 grams, relay yang that connected with lights and fan has a function to control the temperature and the moisture contained in the appliance, the servo motor is connected to the egg pad mechanism so that the egg rack can be moved to turn the eggs according to the time specified in the RTC. For the chicken eggs takes 24-25 days while ducks 28-30 days. Ayam dan bebek telah menjadi sumber pangan bagi rakyat indonesia dan alat penetas telur akan menjadi sarana untuk memenuhi peningkatanya kebutuhan akan daging ayam dan bebek karna jika telur di biarkan menetas secara alami ada kemungkinan telur tidak di erami secara merata dan menghasilkan kegagalan. Dan pada alat penetas telur telah di pasang sensor DHT 11 untuk mendeteksi suhu serta kelembapan yang sesuai dengan tipe telur jika telur ayam memiliki suhu 380C-390C dan kelembaban 50-64% sedankan suhu ideal untuk bebek adalah 390C-400C sedangkan untuk kelembaban 80-87%, sensor load cell sebagai pengukur berat untuk membedakan tipe telur karna untuk telur ayam buras yang baik khusu ayam buras (bangkok) memili berat +39 gram sedangkan untuk bebek memili berat +59 gram, relay yang tehubung dengan lampu dan kipas berfungsi untuk mengontrol suhu dan kelembapan yang terdapat di dalam alat, motor servo di hubungkan dengan mekanisme pad arak telur agar rak telur dapat di gerakkan yang berfungsi untuk membalik telur sesuai dengan waktu yang di tentukan pada RTC. Untuk telur ayam membutuhkan waktu 24-25 hari sedangkan bebek 28-30 hari.
