EFFECT OF ADDITION OF POWDER WOOD TOWARDS COMPRESSIVE TEST ABSTRACTS Ironwood powder is scrap wood in various shapes and sizes that must be sacrificed in the production process because it can not produce products that can be sold, ironwood powder can increase the compressive test of concrete. The purpose of this research is to get the increase of concrete compressive test with the addition of ironwood powder. In this study used variation of the addition of iron wood powder 0%, 2.5%, 5% to the weight of cement for each variation used 3 repetition of the specimen so that the total test object used is 18 pieces tested at 7 days and 28 days . From the concrete compressive test on the variation of the addition of iron wood powder 2.5% on 7 days has an average compressive test of 8.889 Mpa on 28 days of 15.57 Mpa While on the variation of the addition of ironwood powder 5% have a strong average Press 9.26 Mpa on 28 days at 14.154 Mpa. PENGARUH PENAMBAHAN SERBUK KAYU TERHADAP KUAT TEKAN BETON ABSTRAK Serbuk kayu adalah sisa-sisa dari pengolahan penggergajian kayu yang dapat digunakan sebagai bahan tambah untuk kuat tekan beton, serbuk kayu ulin mampu meningkatkan kuat tekan beton. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendapatkan peningkatan kuat tekan beton dengan penambahan serbuk kayu ulin. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan variasi penambahan serbuk kayu ulin 0%, 2.5%, 5% terhadap berat semen untuk masing-masing variasi digunakan 3 pengulangan benda uji sehingga total benda uji yang digunakan sebanyak 18 buah yang di uji umur 7 hari dan 28 hari. Dari hasil pengujian kuat tekan variasi penambahan serbuk kayu pada 7 hari dengan variasi 2.5% rata-rata sebesar 8.889 Mpa dan variasi 5% memiliki rata-rata kuat tekan sebesar 9.26 Mpa sedangkan pada 28 hari, variasi 2.5% rata-rata sebesar sebesar 15.57 Mpa dan variasi 5% rata-rata sebesar sebesar 14.154 Mpa.
