PERANCANGAN SISTEM ANTRIAN OTOMATIS BERBASIS WEB LOKAL DI LINGKUNGAN PUSKESMAS

ABSTRACT Many agencies have not utilized the new technological to facilitate the flow of bureaucracy. People who are not yet aware of regularity and orderly. One of the problems that still happens is the queue. The application of queuing theory is very necessary in terms of improving service delivery, which is managing the queue itself it is necessary to have an effective and efficient system. In the design of this queuing system, it will be implementation to the Puskesmas. The design is developing a local computer web to set up the queue system with LAN cable connection media. The design of a Local Web-Based Automatic Queuing System in the Community Health Center was developed with several methodologies. The results of the design of this queue system is that it can display the text of the queue number and can call the queue number. Keywords: Computer, Queue System, LAN Connection. ABSTRAK Banyak instansi yang belum memanfaatkan kecanggihan teknologi untuk mempermudah alur birokrasi. Masyarakat yang belum sadar tentang keteraturan dan ketertiban. Salah satu masalah ketertiban yang masih sering terjadi yaitu antrian. Penerapan teori antrian sangat diperlukan dalam hal meningkatkan pelayanan jasa, dimana dalam mengatur antrian itu sendiri diperlukan adanya suatu sistem yang efektif dan efisien. Dalam perancangan sistem antrian ini dilakukan di puskesmas. Perancangan dilakukan dengan mengembangkan web lokal komputer untuk mengatur sistem antriann dengan media koneksi kabel LAN. Perancangan Sistem Antrian Otomatis Berbasis Web Lokal di Lingkungan Puskesmas ini dikembangkan dengan beberapa metodologi dimana pada metodologi ini terdapat tahapan tahapan. Dimana hasil perancangan sistem antrian ini ialah dapat menampilkan teks nomor antrian dan dapat melakukan pemanggilan nomor antrian. Kata kunci: Komputer, Sistem Antrian, Koneksi LAN.
