Pembuatan Sistem Informasi Layanan Surat Pengantar RT Online Berbasis Website Menggunakan PHP & MySQL Di Desa Bukit Raya Kabupaten Penajam Paer Utara

Service Information System Introduction Letter RT in Bukit Raya Village is an information system created to facilitate the process of making a cover letter in Bukit Raya Village, Penajam Paser Utara District. The process of making a cover letter in Bukit Raya Village is still manual, ie residents are required to come to the head of the RT to request a cover letter. The registration process is also done by filling out the household letter form, requesting the signature of the head of the rt, the head of the hamlet, requesting a stamp and submitting it to the village office so that the cover letter can be processed. The method used in making this information system uses website-based computer technology so that the scripting language used is MySQL. This Information System is designed with a multi-user login with admin users and citizens alike. From the results of this information system test, it can be seen that the Service Information System for Introduction to RT can facilitate the process of making a cover letter that replaces manual recording and is expected to shorten the time and place in the process of making a letter of introduction and can be a solution to the problem. . Proses pembuatan surat pengantar di Desa Bukit Raya selama ini masih bersifat manual yaitu warga diharuskan datang ke rumah ketua rt untuk meminta surat pengantar. Proses registrasipun dilakukan dengan cara mengisi formulir surat pengantar rt, meminta tanda tangan ketua rt, ketua dusun, meminta stempel dan mengajukan ke kantor desa agar surat pengantar dapat diproses. Metode yang digunakan dalam pembuatan sistem informasi ini menggunakan teknologi komputer berbasis website sehingga bahasa scripting yang digunakan ialah MySQL. Sistem Informasi ini dirancang dengan login multi user dengan pengguna admin dan juga warga. Dari hasil uji Sistem informasi ini, dapat diketahui bahwa Sistem Informasi Layanan Surat Pengantar RT dapat mempermudah dalam proses pembuatan surat pengantar yang berfungsi menggantikan pencatatan secara manual serta diharapkan dapat mempersingkat waktu dan tempat dalam proses membuat surat pengantar rt dan dapat menjadi solusi dari masalah yang ada.
