APLIKASI MONITORINGGANGGUAN SERVERSCADA DI PT PLN AP2B KALTIM

To maintain electricity supply in East Kalimantan from Balikpapan to Bontang, a more effective and automatic system is needed that can reduce human mobility manually and conventionally. The system needed is control with fast movements, with long distances can be monitored and controlled immediately. The automation system used by PLN now is the Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition system. SCADA Focuses on collecting data, processing and distributing information to personnel, groups or to multiple computers quickly and accurately. In 2018 this Scada Server problem appears down / die 2x because the MCB inverter trip / off due to several interference factors that cause power supply to the server is dead has an impact on telemetering SCADA, telecontrol, teleprotection and internet load reporting every hour on the electrical load management system of PT PLN (Persero) AP2B East Kalimantan and the battery server can only survive 3-4 hours after the inverter is off, this final project has designed a tool that can monitor the state of the inverter box starting from dc voltage 110 volts, mcb status, temperature, microcontroller-based humidity with access the internet integrated by Blynk as a database server so that when problems occur can be quickly detected and resolved. The system consists of a DHT22 sensor, a voltage divider sensor, an auxelery relay, microcontroller 828266 Nodemcu and Blynk as a data base server and a sensor value reading application. Sensor readings will be sent to the web server blynk by the esp8266 nodemcu microcontroller that has been connected to wifi starting from a voltage sensor rating value of 1-110 volts dc, cb status and temperature and humidity in real time, if there is interference with the inverter then the notification will be sent to the email that has been registered. Untuk menjaga kelangsungan pasokan energi listrik wilayah provinsi Kaltim dari kota Balikpapan sampai Bontang maka diperlukanlah sebuah sistem yang lebih efektif dan otomatis yang bisa mengurangi mobilitas manusia secara manual dan konvensional. Sistem yang dibutuhkan ialah kontrol dengan gerakan cepat, dengan jarak yang jauh bisa diawasi dan dikendalikan dengan segera. Sistem otomasi yang digunakan oleh PLN sekarang adalah sistem Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition. SCADA Berfokus pada pengumpulan data, mengolah dan mendistribusikan informasi kepada personil, grup atau ke beberapa komputer secara cepat dan akurat. Pada tahun 2018 ini muncul masalah Server Scada down/mati 2x di karenakan mcb inverter trip / lepas karena beberapa faktor gangguan yang mengakibatkan supply daya untuk server mati berdampak terputusnya SCADA telemetering, telekontrol, teleproteksi serta internet pelaporan beban setiap jam pada sistem pengaturan beban kelistrikan PT PLN (Persero) AP2B Kaltim dan battery server hanya mampu bertahan 3 – 4 jam setelah inverter mati ,Padatugasakhirinitelahdirancangalatyang bisa memonitoring keadaan box inverter mulai dari tegangan dc 110 volt, status mcb,suhu, kelembabanberbasismikrokontrollerdenganakses internet yang terintegerasiBlynksebagai server database agar saat terjadi kendala bisa cepat diketahui dan diatasi.Sistemalatterdiridari sensor DHT22, sensor voltage divider, auxelery relay ,mikrokontrolleresp8266 Nodemcu danBlynksebagai server database serta aplikasi pembacaan nilai sensor. Pembacaan sensor akan dikirimkan ke web server blynk oleh mikrokontroller esp8266 nodemcu yang sudah terhubung wifi mulai nilai rating sensor tegangan 1-110 volt dc,status cb serta suhu dan kelembaban secara real time ,jika terjadi gangguan pada inverter maka notifikasi akan dikirimkan ke email yang sudah terdaftar.
