ANALISA PENYEBAB KERUSAKAN SWING MOTOR HITACHI EX1900-6 PT. BORNEO ALAM SEMESTA SITE MELAK

Abstrak (Abstracts)

Hydraulic Excavator merupakan salah satu alat berat yang digunakan untuk memindahkan material. Unit ini membantu pekerjaan yang sulit agar menjadi lebih ringan dan dapat mempercepat waktu pengerjaannya. Hydraulic Excavator banyak digunakan pada bidang konstruksi, pertambangan, infrastruktur dan lain-lain. Pada Hydraulic Excavator terdapat dua bagian yang tidak terpisahkan yaitu bagian atas yang disebut dengan upper structure dan bagian bawah yang disebut dengan lower structure. Untuk menggerakkan bagian upper structure hydraulic excavator menggunakan swing motor untuk melakukan gerakan memutar 360°. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk dapat mengetahui faktor – faktor yang menyebabkan kerusakan pada swing motor pada unit Hitachi EX1900-6 serta bagaimana cara mengatasi terjadinya kerusakan tersebut. Untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan kerusakan tersebut, maka dilakukan pengumpulan data berupa laporan hasil radio monitoring control, technical service report, historical component unit dan foto-foto yang terkait dengan kerusakan swing motor tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil pembahasan yang diperoleh dari data yang telah dikumpulkan dan diolah dapat diketahui penyebab kerusakan pada swing motor adalah kebocoran pada hose tangki, pompa, control valve, dan swing motor yang mengakibatkan pelumasan pada komponen swing motor menjadi tidak maksimal, selain itu penggunaan jack swing atau miss operation serta maintenance yang tidak berjalan dengan baik juga mempengaruhi kerusakan pada komponen – komponen swing motor. Hydraulic Excavator is one of the heavy equipment used to move material. This unit helps a tough job to become lighter and can make time work effectively. Hydraulic Excavators are widely used in construction, mining, infrastructure and others. There are two than can not be separated on hydraulic excavators are two namely upper part called upper structure and the bottom of the lower structure. To move the upper part of the structure of hydraulic excavator uses the swing motor to perform 360 ° rotating movement. The aims of this research is to know the factors that cause damage to the swing motor on Hitachi EX1900 unit-6 and also how to overcome the occurrence of such damage. To find out the factors that cause damage, then data collection was done in the form of radio monitoring control results of the report, technical service report, historical component units and photos related to damage of swing motor such. Based on the results obtained from the discussion of data that had been collected and processed may be known to cause damage to the swing motor was leakage on hose tank, pump, control valve, and the swing motor resulting in lubrication on the component swing motor to be not maximum, moreover the use of jack swing or miss operation and maintenance which did not go well, it also affected the damage of the components of the swing motor.
