ANALISA TINGKAT KEAUSAN TYRE PADA UNIT HD785-7 DI PT. BORNEO ALAM SEMESTA SITE MELAK

Abstrak (Abstracts)

Part of the tyre is very important for the unit in operation in the mine because tyre itself is the second largest expense in the company, as well as things that can not be underestimated because the cost incurred is not small for the company for the tire, the level of management tyre more improved. The function of the tire is to provide comfort in driving as well as the capacity of the unit load. This analysis is conducted with the aim of analyzing the tire wear rate in order to get the cause of the problem. So the analysis of the causes of tyre problems are collected based on the data obtained by using TUR (tread utilization rate) and using Fishbone diagram so that the data obtained in the form of documentation damage and Technical failure Report. Analyzes conducted in the discussion then obtained the level of wear and tear from the highest position of tyre at number 6 and the smallest in the number 1 with the best wear brand of Michelin with several causes of tire wear, among others, the method of care as well as checking and other means and the condition of the road surface rarely performed repairs so that damage to the tire resulted in faster wear and damage. Keywords: Tire, Wear, Brand, Quality, Efficiency Bagian dari tyre merupakan hal yang sangat sekali penting bagi unit dalam pengoperasian di tambang karena tyre sendiri adalah pengeluaran terbesar kedua di perusahaan, sekaligus hal yang tidak bisa dipandang sebelah mata karena cost yang dikeluarkan tidaklah sedikit bagi perusahaan untuk tyre tersebut maka tingkat dari management tyre lebih ditingkatkan. Fungsi dari tyre yaitu memberikan kenyamanan dalam berkendara serta sebagai kapasitas dari beban unit. Analisa ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk melakukan analisa tingkat keausan tyre agar mendapatkan penyebab dari permasalahanya. Sehingga analisa mengenai penyebab permasalahan tyre di kumpulkan berdasarkan data yang di peroleh dengan menggunakan TUR (tread utilization rate) serta menggunakan diagram Fishbone sehingga data yang di peroleh berupa dokumentasi gambar kerusakan dan Technical failure Report. Analisa yang dilakukan pada pembahasan maka didapatkan hasil tingkat keausan dari posisi tyre tertinggi di nomor 6 dan terkecil di nomor 1 dengan merk keausan terbaik yaitu Michelin dengan beberapa penyebab dari keausan tyre antara lain yaitu metode perawatan serta sarana pengecekan dan lain sebagainya serta kondisi permukaan jalan yang jarang dilakukan perbaikan sehingga kerusakan yang terjadi pada tyre mengakibatkan keausan yang lebih cepat serta kerusakanya.
