PEMBUATAN OVERHAUL HYDRAULIC CYLINDER STAND

Abstrak (Abstracts)

The advancement technology in the current era of globalization has driven the development of the industrial world. The characteristic and process of work becomes easier in order achive productivity and improvement. If the damage oecuis to the unit, it can inhibit a productivity and costs incurred are quite large. Moreover weneed a useful tool for learning practicum. The pupose oh the hydraulic cylinder overhaul is to know the contens of the component cylinder and can analyze work accidents when making, do directlyin the workshops with the welding method. Making a hydraulic cylinder stand with a vertical position could lift the hydraulic cylinder with a height of 1.5m and weight of 1ton stand. From the comparison of the hydraulic cylinder overhaul, the efficiency and time and safety efficiency of the workers and components become safer and better than before using the stand Kemajuan teknologi diera globalisasi saat ini telah mendorong berkembangnya dunia industry. Sifat dan proses pekerjaan menjadi lebih mudah demi tercapainya produkvitas dan perbaikan.jika terjadi kerusakan pada unit dapat menghambat suatu produktivitas dan biaya yang dikeluarkan cukup besar. Maka dibutuhkan suatu alat bantu yang bermaanfaat untuk sebagai bahan pembelajaran pratikum Tujuan dari overhaul hydraulic cylinder untuk mengatahui isi dalam component cylinder dan dapat menganalisa kecelakan kerja pada saat melakukan pembuatan, melakukan pembuatan lansung di lakukan diworkshop tmab dengan metode pengelasan dengan Hasil ujicoba dilakukan diworkshop tmab dapat membuat overhaul hydraulic cylinder stand dengan posisi vertikal dapat mengangkat hydraulic cylinder dengan ketinggian 1.5m dan berat 1ton stand, dari perbandingan dalam melakukan overhaul hydraulic cylinder menumakan keutungan, efensiensi waktu dan safety pekerja maupun komponen menjdai lebih aman dan baik dari sebelum menggunakan stand
