Pembuatan Aplikasi Sistem Informasi Akademik Online Politeknik Negeri Balikpapan Berbasis Android

Abstrak (Abstracts)

Making of Academic Information System of Balikpapan State Polytechnic is an academic information system which provides academic information for student level specially designed for android device, with academic information system based on android the students can get information related to academic activity which is being pursued with specially designed design for android devices. Where this application aims to facilitate students in accessing academic information systems through mobile devices or smartphones. Academic Information System Balikpapan State Polytechnic Android Based is basically a reflection of academic information system that already exist, namely academic information system based on web. Therefore the data used is taken from the research and observation of academic information system based on web. The design of the interface on this final task utilize webview features provided by the Android Studio application. So the creation of this application interface in addition through the java programming language of the application, also using the php programming language from the server side. And for data storage using MySQL database. The result of this research is an application of academic information system based on android which is useful to facilitate the student in obtaining academic information through mobile device or smartphone with display of information system made specifically for mobile device user or smartphone. Features provided from this android app is a recap of attendance, study cards (khs), score per-semester (nps), re-registration info, and change password feature. Pembuatan Sistem Informasi Akademik Online Politeknik Negeri Balikpapan Berbasis Android merupakan sistem informasi akademik yang menyediakan informasi akademik untuk tingkat mahasiswa yang dirancang khusus untuk perangkat android, dengan sistem informasi akademik berbasis android mahasiswa dapat memperoleh informasi yang berhubungan dengan kegiatan akademik yang sedang ditempuh dengan desain yang dirancang khusus untuk perangkat android. Dimana aplikasi ini bertujuan untuk mempermudah mahasiswa dalam pengaksesan sistem informasi akademik melalui perangkat mobile atau smartphone. Sistem Informasi Akademik Online Politeknik Negeri Balikpapan Berbasis Android pada dasarnya adalah refleksi dari sistem informasi akademik online yang telah ada, yaitu sistem informasi akademik online berbasis web. Maka dari itu data yang digunakan diambil dari penelitian dan pengamatan sistem informasi akademik online berbasis web tersebut. Perancangan interface pada tugas akhir ini memanfaatkan fitur webview yang disediakan oleh aplikasi Android Studio. Sehingga pembuatan interface aplikasi ini selain melalui bahasa pemrograman java dari aplikasi tersebut, juga menggunakan bahasa pemrogramanan php dari sisi servernya. Dan untuk penyimpanan data menggunakan basis data MySQL. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah aplikasi sistem informasi akademik android yang berguna untuk memudahkan mahasiswa dalam mendapatkan informasi akademik melalui perangkat mobile atau smartphone dengan tampilan sistem informasi yang dibuat secara khusus untuk pengguna perangkat mobile atau smartphone. Fitur yang disediakan dari aplikasi android ini adalah rekap absensi, kartu hasil studi (khs), nilai per-semester (nps), info daftar ulang, serta fitur change password.
