PERANCANGAN ALAT PEMILAH BAUT OTOMATIS BERDASARKAN PANJANG BAUT

Abstrak (Abstracts)

In the industrialized world, an Innovation is needed in the development of an idea in order to assist the job of the people. Along the time human beings in desperate need a tool which can help therefore the job can be done easily and efficiency.Researcher observes after do overhaul engines, small components on the unit were placed in a container with a wide variety of sizes and shapes as well as components of the bolt that will be in the group manually and takes a long time in normal use.Therefore, researcher is interested in designing a tool for sorting out the bolt automatically based on the length of the bolt which aimed to resolve the problems occurred. Using the design of this tool, Researcher hope that it can be applied.Next time Sorting out the bolt automatically based on the length of the bolt used the electric motor as the prime mover.The electromagnetic electric motor could be transformed into mechanical energy that produces the round so that the rotating gear that was connected to the electric motor.By using the play style will then rotate the pulley attached to the shaft of the machine by used the v-belt so that the performance of the tool could be run continuously in order to sort out the bolt automatically Dalam dunia industri, inovasi yang dibutuhkan dalam pengembangan ide untuk membantu pekerjaan dari orang-orang.Sepanjang manusia waktu membutuhkan alat yang dapat membantu karena itu pekerjaan dapat dilakukan dengan mudah dan efisiensi. Peneliti mengamati setelah merombak mesin, komponen kecil pada unit yang ditempatkan di dalam wadah dengan berbagai macam ukuran dan bentuk serta komponen dari baut yang akan di grup secara manual dan memakan waktu lama dalam penggunaan normal. Oleh karena itu, peneliti tertarik dalam merancang alat untuk memilah baut otomatis berdasarkan panjang baut yang bertujuan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan yang terjadi.Menggunakan desain alat ini, peneliti berharap bahwa hal itu dapat diterapkan. Waktu berikutnya Sorting keluar baut otomatis berdasarkan panjang baut digunakan motor listrik sebagai penggerak utama. Motor listrik elektromagnetik bisa berubah menjadi mesin energi yang menghasilkan putaran sehingga berputar gigi yang terhubung ke motor listrik. Dengan menggunakan bermain gaya akan kemudian memutar katrol melekat pada poros mesin oleh digunakan v-belt sehingga kinerja alat bisa dijalankan terus menerus untuk memilah baut otomatis
