ANALISA RANGKA ATAP KUDA-KUDA BAJA DOUBLE SIKU, PROFIL WF DAN HEXAGONAL CASTELLATED BEAM

The steel profile that weighs relatively lighter is used to a roof truss in length as a workshop building. The types of profiles commonly used for frames are double elbow horses, profile WF and castellated beam. The purpose of this research is to compare the dimension of each profile and the need of the horses material. Span of the steel frame analysed along 15 m uses bolt 16 mm, 19 mm dan 22 mm. By utilizing software SAP 2000 to get the stem style. The calculation of the cost based on profile material needs and connection. From the calculation results obtained dimension as 55.55.10 60.60.8 60.60.10, profile WF 300.200.8.12, and profile hexagonal castellated beam 375.150.6,5.9. The weight of each profile is 516.777 kg, 772.48 kg dan 499.12 kg for double elbow horses, profile WF and profile hexagonal castellated beam. The cost required is Rp 8,347,687 for double elbow horses, Rp 9,808,848 for profile WF and Rp 6,364,512 for profile hexagonal castellated beam. Profil baja yang memiliki berat relatif lebih ringan digunakan untuk rangka atap pada bentang panjang seperti workshop. Jenis profil yang umum digunakan untuk rangka adalah kuda-kuda double siku, profil WF dan castellated beam. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membandingkan dimensi masing-masing profil dan kebutuhan dari material kuda-kuda. Bentang rangka baja yang di analisa yaitu sepanjang 15 m menggunakan baut 16 mm, 19 mm dan 22 mm. Dengan memanfaatkan software SAP 2000 untuk mendapatkan gaya batang. Perhitungan besar biaya berdasarkan pada kebutuhan material profil dan sambungan. Dari hasil perhitungan diperoleh dimensi sebagai 55.55.10 60.60.8 60.60.10, profil WF 300.200.8.12 dan profil hexagonal castellated beam 375.150.6,5.9. Berat masing-masing profil adalah 516,777 kg, 772,48 kg dan 499,12 kg untuk kuda-kuda double siku, profil baja WF dan profil baja hexagonal castellated beam. Biaya yang dibutuhkan adalah Rp 8.347.687 untuk kuda-kuda double siku, Rp 9.808.848 untuk profil baja WF dan Rp 6.364.512 untuk profil baja hexagonal castellated beam.Keyword : double elbow, hexagonal castellated beam, order the horses and WF.
