PENERAPAN SISTEM MANAJEMEN KESELAMATAN KERJA DAN KESEHATAN KERJA PADA OPERATOR ALAT BERAT PROYEK PEMBANGUNAN JALAN TOL BALIKPAPAN-SAMARINDA SEGMEN 5

This study aims to determine how the implementation of the occupational safety and health management system for heavy equipment operators in the Balikpapan-Samarinda toll road construction segment V and also to find out how the influence of the implementation of the K3 management system on the machine performance of operators. The sample in this study were all employees of BUCG (Beijing Urban Contractors Group) on the construction project of Balikpapan Samarinda toll road in the Vyang segment totaling 30 respondents. The data collection technique used in this study was the questionnaire/questionnaire method. From the results of the questionnaire data analysis that has been disseminated it is known that the implementation of workplace safety and health management system for heavy equipment operators in the Balikpapan-Samarinda toll road construction segment V is running well. The majority of heavy equipment operators stated that the management had implemented all the elements in the K3 management system on this project. This can be proven by the results of the questionnaire distributed, the knowledge percentage of K3 96.57%, K3 training 88.75%, application of K3 93%, performance of the operator of the equipment 97.25%. The system of implementing K3 management greatly influences the performance of heavy equipment operators at BUCG (Beijing Urban Contractors Group). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan sistem manajemen keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja pada operator alat berat proyek pembangunan jalan tol Balikpapan-Samarinda segmen V dan juga untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh dari penerapan sistem manajemen K3 pada kinerja para operator alat berat. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan BUCG (Beijing Urban Contractors Group) pada proyek konstruksi jalan tol Balikpapan Samarinda segmen Vyang berjumlah 30 responden. Teknik penumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode angket/kuesioner. Dari hasil analisa data kuesioner yang telah disebarkan diketahui bahwa penerapan sistem manajemen keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja pada operator alat berat proyek pembangunan jalan tol Balikpapan-samarinda segmen V berjalan dengan baik. Mayoritas operator alat berat menyatakan bahwa pihak manajemen telah melaksanakan semua unsur yang ada dalam sistem manajemen K3 di proyek ini. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan hasil kuesioner yang disebar, persentase pengetetahuan K3 96,57%, pelatihan K3 88,75%, penerapan K3 93%, kinerja operator alat berat 97,25%. Sistem penerapan manajemen K3 sangat berpengaruh terhadap kinerja operator alat berat di BUCG (Beijing Urban Contractors Group).
