ANALISA PENJADWALAN DAN BIAYA MENGGUNAKAN METODE CRITICAL PATH METHOD (CPM) PADA PROYEK PEMBANGUNAN RUKO 3 LANTAI DI JALAN SOEKARNO HATTA KM 6 KOTA BALIKPAPAN

Abstrak (Abstracts)

Project scheduling is a form of project planning created with the aim that the project can be completed on time. One alternative to speed up the completion of the project is to increase the hours of work, so that it will cost bigger than previous planning and that the project can be completed on time. Then to make it happen the exact method is scheduling with Critical Path Method (CPM). The CPM (Critical Path Method) method can be used to manage the time and cost of project completion more efficiently and effectively. By determining some of the key variables that affect strategic decisions in projects such as normal time, normal cost, accelerated time, accelerated costs, and cost increases, scheduling and calculating project costs can be done in normal time and accelerated time. And then can know any job that passes critical path and dummy or pseudo work, so special handling is required so that the implementation does not experience delays in completion. From the scheduling results using the CPM method obtained the critical path that is 1-2-4-5-5-7-9-10-11-13-14-15-16-17 in the duration of workmanship 128 days. The normal cost of 2,940,655,598,71 after calculating the cost slope is 746,519,605 Penjadwalan proyek adalah suatu bentuk perencanaan proyek yang dibuat dengan tujuan agar proyek dapat selesai tepat waktu. Salah satu alternatif untuk mempercepat penyelesaian poyek adalah dengan menambah jam kerja sehingga membutuhkan biaya yang lebih besar dari perencanaan sebelumnya agar proyek dapat selesai tepat pada waktunya. Dan untuk mewujudkannya diperlukan metode yang tepat yaitu penjadwalan dengan metode Critical Path Methode (CPM). Metode CPM (Critical Path Method) dapat digunakan untuk mengatur waktu dan biaya penyelesaian proyek dengan lebih efisien dan efektif. Dengan menentukan beberapa variabel penting yang mempengaruhi keputusan strategis dalam proyek seperti waktu normal, biaya normal, waktu yang dipercepat, biaya dipercepat, dan kenaikan biaya, maka dapat dilakukan penjadwalan dan penghitungan biaya proyek yang dikerjakan dalam waktu normal dan waktu yang dipercepat. Serta dapat mengetahui mana saja pekerjaan yang melewati jalur kritis dan pekerjaan dummy atau semu, sehingga diperlukan penanganan khusus agar dalam pelaksanaannya tidak mengalami keterlambatan penyelesaian. Dari hasil penjadwalan menggunakan metode CPM diperoleh jalur kritis yaitu 1-2-4-5-5-7-9-10-11-13-14-15-16-17 dalam durasi pengerjaan 128 hari. Biaya normal sebesar 2.940.655.598,71 setelah menghitungan slope biaya adalah sebesar746.519.605
