PENGARUH K3 DAN PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA KARYAWAN PADA PROYEK PEMBANGUNAN APARTEMEN KOTA BALIKPAPAN

This study aims to determine how the application of Occupational Safety and Health programs to employees in the Balikpapan City apartment development project and also to find out what factors can affect work productivity in employees in Balikpapan city apartment construction projects. The sample in this study were all employees of the Balikpapan city apartment construction project, totaling 30 respondents. The data collection technique used in this study is the questionnaire method with 2 variables, namely K3 variable and employee productivity. The samples from this study were 30 employees of the Balikpapan city apartment construction project with the sampling technique using random sampling. Data analysis includes path analysis processed through SPSS version 24. From the results of the questionnaire data analysis that has been distributed it is known that the implementation of the K3 system in the Balikpapan city apartment construction project is going well. The majority of employees stated that the company had implemented all the elements in the K3 system on this project. This can be proven by the majority of respondents stating that the management has an OSH supervisor, conducting K3 guidance, and installing K3 signs in their place. From the implementation of the OSH system that has been applied it has an effect on the work productivity of employees in the Balikpapan city apartment construction project. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan program Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja pada karyawan di proyek pembangunan apartemen Kota Balikpapan dan juga untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang dapat mempengaruhi produktivitas kerja pada karyawan di proyek pembangunan apartemen kota Balikpapan. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan proyek pembangunan apartemen kota Balikpapan yang berjumlah 30 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode angket/kuesioner dengan 2 variabel yaitu variabel K3 dan Produktivitas kerja karyawan. Sampel dari penelitian ini sebanyak 30 orang karyawan proyek pembangunan apartemen kota Balikpapan dengan teknik pengambilan sampelnya menggunakan random sampling. Analisa data meliputi analisis jalur yang diolah melalui SPSS versi 24. Dari hasil analisa data kuesioner yang telah disebarkan diketahui bahwa peneranapan sistem K3 di proyek pembangunan apartemen kota Balikpapan berjalan dengan baik. Mayoritas karyawan menyatakan bahwa pihak perusahaan telah melaksanakan semua unsur yang ada dalam sistem K3 di proyek ini. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan mayoritas responden menyatakan bahwa pihak manajemen memiliki pengawas K3, melakukan pengarahan K3, dan memasang rambu-rambu K3 sesuai pada tempatnya. Dari penerapan sistem K3 yang telah diterapkan sangat berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada proyek pembangunan apartemen kota Balikpapan.
