RENCANA ANGGARAN BIAYA (RAB) DAN PENJADWALAN PEMBANGUNAN RUANG KELAS BARU 3 LANTAI MI AL-IRSYAD 001 DI BALIKPAPAN

Abstrak (Abstracts)

The network is used to determine the relationship between various activities and the time needed for project planning. So, in this final project the writer uses the S. Curve network method. The S Curve method is a network analysis that seeks to optimize costs through reducing and accelerating project completion time. The Curve S method can provide information about the progress of the project by comparing it to the plan schedule, from which it can be seen whether there is a delay or acceleration in the completion and implementation of the project is shorter and economical. By using the Curve S method, the amount of time needed to complete various stages of a project and the resources used is considered to be known with certainty The project which is the object of the author is research is the construction of a new 3-storey classroom in MI Al-Irsyad 001 located on Balikpapan. After calculating the RAB and scheduling using the S Curve method, it can be concluded that the budget plan needed to build a 3-storey classroom is Rp. 1,813,960,000, and the time needed to build the new 3-storey classroom is 157 working days. Jaringan kerja digunakan untuk menentukan hubungan antara berbagai kegiatan dan waktu yang diperlukan pada perencanaan proyek. Maka, pada tugas akhir ini penulis menggunakan metode jaringan kerja Kurva S. Metode Kurva S merupakan analisis jaringan kerja yang berusaha mengoptimalkan biaya melalui pengurangan dan percepatan waktu penyelesaian proyek. Metode Kurva S dapat memberikan informasi mengenai kemajuan proyek dengan membandingkannya terhadap jadwal rencana, dari sinilah dapat diketahui keterlambatan atau percepatan penyelesaian dan pelaksanaan proyek lebih singkat dan ekonomis. Dengan menggunakan metode Kurva S, jumlah waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk menyelesaikan berbagai tahap suatu proyek dan sumber daya yang digunakan dianggap diketahui dengan pasti Proyek yang menjadi objek penelitian adalah proyek pembangunan ruang kelas 3 lantai MI Al-Irsyad 001 yang berlokasi di Balikpapan Setelah melakukan perhitungan RAB dan penjadwalan menggunakan metode Kurva S, dapat disimpulkan bahwa rencana anggaran biaya yang diperlukan untuk membangun ruang kelas 3 lantai adalah sebesar Rp. 1.813.960.000, serta waktu yang diperlukan untuk membangun ruang kelas 3 lantai tersebut adalah 157 hari kerja.
