ANALISA PRODUKTIVITAS PEKERJA PADA PEKERJAAN PASANGAN BATU BATA DI PERUMAHAN GRAND CITY BALIKPAPAN

Abstrak (Abstracts)

In general, productivity is a comparison between the results of output activities and input inputs. In construction, the definition of productivity is one of which is related to worker productivity and can be described as a comparison between work results and minutes, hours or working days. Productivity is defined as the ratio between output and input, or the ratio between production and total resources used. This observation was carried out with the aim of knowing the productivity of the resulting brick pairs, knowing the productivity differences that occurred in the field with SNI, and knowing the causes of differences that occurred in the field. The results of the observation show Pet value = 6.33 m2, Pep = 8.64 m2, Ptt = 5.71 m2, Ptp = 7.66 m2. And also get the value of Ptt labor coefficient worth 0.17 Oh, Ptp worth 0.13 Oh. The calculation of Ptt percentage to Psni t obtained a percentage of 57.1%, Ptp of Psni p = 230%. Of the four projects, project C is the most productive project with productivity of 6.86 m2 / oh, Project B is ranked second with productivity of 6.23 m2 / oh, project A is ranked third with productivity of 6.22 m2 / oh, and ranks fourth in project D with productivity 6.04 m2 / oh. The most dominant ineffective time occurs is the weather does not support, do other work, and delay. It can be concluded that each project has a different productivity as well as the productivity of artisan in the field is lower than SNI and the productivity of artisan helpers is higher than SNI. Secara umum produktivitas adalah perbandingan antara hasil kegiatan output dan masukan input. Dalam konstruksi, pengertian produktivitas tersebut salah satunya dihubungkan dengan produktivitas pekerja dan dapat dijabarkan sebagai perbandingan antara hasil kerja dan menit, jam atau hari kerja. Produktivitas didefinisikan sebagai ratio antara output dengan input, atau ratio antara hasil produksi dengan total sumberdaya yang digunakan. Pengamatan ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui produktivitas pasangan batu bata yang dihasilkan, mengetahui perbedaan produktivitas yang terjadi di lapangan dengan SNI, dan mengetahui penyebab perbedaan-perbedaan yang terjadi dilapangan. Hasil pengamatan menunjukan nilai Pet = 6.33 m2, Pep = 8.64 m2, Ptt = 5.71 m2, Ptp = 7.66 m2. Dan juga di peroleh nilai koefisien tenaga kerja Ptt senilai 0.17 Oh, Ptp senilai 0.13 Oh. Perhitungan presentase Ptt terhadap Psni t diperoleh presentase sebesar 57.1%, Ptp terhadap Psni p = 230%. Dari keempat proyek, proyek C merupakan proyek paling produktif dengan produktivitas 6.86 m2/oh, Proyek B di peringkat kedua dengan produktivitas 6.23 m2/oh, proyek A di peringkat ketiga dengan produktivitas 6.22 m2/oh, dan peringkat ke empat proyek D dengan produktivitas 6.04 m2/oh. Waktu tidak efektif paling dominan terjadi adalah cuaca tidak mendukung, mengerjakan pekerjaan lain, dan keterlambatan. Dapat disimpulkan bahawa setiap proyek memiliki produktivitas yang berbeda serta produktivitas tukang di lapangan lebih rendah di banding SNI dan produktivitas pembantu tukang lebih tinggi di banding SNI.
