ANALISIS PRODUKTIVITAS DAN EFISIENSI ALAT BERAT PEKERJAAN BORE PILE PADA PEMBANGUNAN OVERPASS PROYEK JALAN TOL BALIKPAPAN – SAMARINDA KM.13

Abstrak (Abstracts)

In general, every civil building construction work is always related to foundation work. The work of the bore pile foundation is done starting from drilling, lifting, and cleaning. In conducting this research heavy equipment will be very useful to help do the work, as for heavy equipment used to do bore pile foundation work such as Bore Machine for drilling, Crowler crane to lift, Excavators and Dump trucks to do cleaning on the rest – residual drilling. Each tool has advantages and disadvantages in terms of the heavy equipment as an appropriate effort to produce effective and efficient work. The analysis of this study is conducted by the data collection methods. There for, the objectives to be achieved were to find out more effective machine selection in bore pile foundation work, and to determine the efficiency of heavy equipment use at bore pile foundation work. Based on the unit price guidelines and productivity of each heavy equipment so that the project implementation is more optimal. The data obtained were analyzed to get productivity results, the number of heavy equipment used, the amount of rental equipment prices. From the results of data collection and analysis calculations obtained by the number of heavy equipment, the number of rental prices for two equipment,it is Bore machine with a rental fee of Rp. 198,883,296.00 with 9 days of work, of crowler crane 3 units with a rental fee of Rp. 137,509,848.00 with a work time of 3 days, one unit excavator at a cost of Rp. 24,575,120.00 with a work time of 5 days, 2 unit dump truck at a cost of Rp. 58,232,096.00 with a work time of 9 days. So the total time used is 26 days from the 30 days that have been determined and the cost of the entire equipment is Rp. 419,145,992.00. Pada umumnya setiap pekerjaan pembangunan bangunan sipil selalu berkaitan dengan pekerjaan pondasi. Pekerjaan pondasi bore pile ini dilakukan mulai dari mengebor, mengangkat, dan pembersihan. Pada pelaksanaan penelitian ini alat-alat berat akan sangat berguna untuk membantu melakukan pekerjaan tersebut, adapun alat-alat berat yang digunakan untuk melakukan pekerjaan pondasi bore pile seperti Bore Machine untuk mengebor, Crowler crane untuk mengangkat, Excavator dan Dump truck untuk melakukan pembersihan pada sisa-sisa pengeboran. Masing-masing alat memiliki kelebihan dan kekurangan ditinjau mengenai alat berat tersebut sebagai upaya tepat untuk menghasilkan pekerjaan yang efektif dan efisien. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan analisa yaitu dengan cara metode pengumpulan data. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, tujuan yang ingin dicapai adalah mengetahui pemilihan alat berat yang lebih efektif pada pekerjaan pondasi bore pile, dan Mengetahui efisiensi pekerjaan penggunaan alat berat pada pekerjaan pondasi bore pile. Berdasarkan pedoman harga satuan dan produktivitas masing-masing alat berat sehingga pelaksanaan proyek lebih optimal. Data yang diperoleh dianalisa untuk mendapatkan hasil produktivitas, jumlah alat berat yang dipergunakan, jumlah harga sewa alat. Dari hasil pengumpulan data dan perhitungan analisa diperoleh jumlah alat berat, jumlah harga sewa alat berat yaitu Bore machine berjumlah 2 unit dengan biaya sewa Rp. 198,883,296.00 dengan waktu pekerjaan 9 hari , Crowler crane berjumlah 3 unit dengan biaya sewa Rp. 137,509,848.00 dengan waktu pekerjaan 3 hari, Excavator berjumah 1 unit dengan biaya Rp. 24,575,120.00 dengan waktu pekerjaan 5 hari, Dump truck berjumlah 2 unit dengan biaya Rp. 58,232,096.00 dengan waktu pekerjaan 9 hari. Jadi total waktu yang digunakan dalam pekerjaan tersebut adalah 26 hari dari 30 hari yang sudah ditentukan dan biaya seluruh alat berat Rp. 419,145,992.00.
