Penyusunan RAB dan penjadwalan proyek rumah susun 3 lantai di kota Balikpapan

ABSTRACK Cost and time planning is very necessary in the implementation of project ,namely managing the budget to help carry out the work and planning time so that there is no delay in the construction of the project, it can help to control the running of a project in order to achieve the expented result with available resources. The network is used to determine the realitionship between various activities and the time needed for project planning. So, in this final project the CPM. CPM method is a network analysis that seeks to optimize costs through reducing and accelerating project completion. The project which is the object of the author’s research is the construction of a new apartement 3-storey located projokal road. After calculating the RAB and scheduling using the CPM method, it can be concluded that the budget plan needed to build a apartement 3-storey is Rp. 4,100,000,000,00 and the time needed to build the apartement 3-storey is 210 working days.
