PRODUKTIVITAS TENAGA KERJA PADA PEKERJAAN PONDASI PASANGAN BATU BELAH DI BEBERAPA PROYEK DI KOTA BALIKPAPAN

Productivity is a benchmark for all fields of work including construction, which is to find out how the output or output of the work is proportional to the given input. Productivity is influenced by several factors, such as: expertise in the workforce, number of workers, difficulties in employment, work methods, availability of materials, tools, funds and others. The resource that wil be discussed here is labor, that is the artisan and the artisans assistant at the work of the split stone couple foundation. This study aim is finding out how much productivity is produced by the workforce in the stone foundation work on projects in the city of Balikpapan. Observations were carried out on three projects. Performed ten days (observations) in each project. Then the results of this observation analysis are compared with the productivity of the same type of work in the SNI Work Unit Price Analysis (AHSPK) for the city of Balikpapan in 2019. The research technique used the observation method directly in the field. The research technique used direct observation in the field, namely the Batu Ratna Indah project, Dpondok Indah Al Ikhlas, and Villa Nabawi. From the analysis of productivity calculations, the effective productivity average results are 1.86 m3/OH mason, 2.29 m3/OH artisan maid and total productivity is 1.50 m3/OH mason and 1.75 m3/OH or the total coefficient is 0.67 OH and maid handyman 0.60 oh for completing 1m3 of stone or rock foundation work, while in 2019 AHSPK the coefficient for masons is 0.75 OH and for artisan maids is 1.50 OH. The results of this study show that the productivity that occurs in the three projects is more efficient than the AHSPK in 2019. And the most efficient percentage of productivity is the Batu Ratna Indah project with a percentage of total masonry productivity towards artisan effective productivity of 90% and the percentage of total productivity of artisan attendants to the effective productivity of artisan maids by 90%. Produktivitas adalah tolok ukur dari semua bidang pekerjaan tidak terkecuali bidang konstruksi, yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana hasil atau output dari pekerjaan tersebut berbanding dengan input yang diberikan. Produktifitas dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor antara lain: keahlian tenaga kerja, jumlah tenaga kerja, faktor kesulitan pekerjaan, metode kerja, ketersediaan bahan, alat, dana dan lain-lainnya. Sumber daya yang akan kita bahas kali ini adalah tenaga kerja, yaitu tukang dan pembantu tukang pada pekerjaan pondasi pasangan batu belah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui berapa besar produktivitas yang dihasilkan oleh tenaga kerja pada pekerjaan pondasi batu belah di proyek-proyek yang berada di kota Balikpapan. Pengamatan dilakukan di tiga proyek. Dilakukan sepuluh hari (kali) pengamatan di masing-masing proyek. Kemudian hasil analisa pengamatan ini dibandingkan dengan produktifitas jenis pekerjaan yang sama di Analisa Harga Satuan Pekerjaan Konstruksi (AHSPK) SNI untuk kota Balikpapan tahun 2019 Teknik penelitian menggunakan metode pengamatan secara langsung dilapangan. Teknik penelitian menggunakan metode pengamatan secara langsung dilapangan yaitu pada proyek Batu Ratna Indah (A), D’pondok Indah Al Ikhlas (B), dan Villa Nabawi (C). Dari analisa perhitungan produktivitas diperoleh hasil rata-rata produktivitas efektif sebesar 1.86 m3/OH tukang batu, 2.29 m3/OH pembantu tukang dan produktivitas total 1.50 m3/OH tukang batu dan1.75 m3/OH atau didapatkan koefisien total tukang batu 0.67 OH dan pembantu tukang 0.60 OH untuk menyelesaikan 1m3 pekerjaan pondasi batu gunung atau batu belah, sedangkan di AHSPK tahun 2019 koefisien untuk tukang batu adalah 0.75 OH dan untuk pembantu tukang adalah 1.50 OH. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan produktifitas yang terjadi di ketiga proyek tersebut lebih efisien dibandingkan data AHSPK tahun 2019. Dan presentase produktivitas yang lebih efisien ialah proyek Batu Ratna Indah dengan presentase produktivitas total tukang batu terhadap produktivitas efektif tukang sebesar 90% dan presentase produktivitas total pembantu tukang terhadap produktivitas efektif pembantu tukang sebesar 90%.
