ANALISA PENGGUNA ALAT BERAT PADA PEKERJAAN GALIAN PEMBANGUNAN MASJID AL-MUHANDIS DI POLITEKNIK NEGRI BALIKPAPAN

Abstrak (Abstracts)

In the excavation project “Mosque Al-muhandis in front of workshop heavy equipment engineering Balikpapan State Polytechnic”, the total construction area is 659.545 m2, using heavy equipment. The heavy equipment used is excavators, dump trucks and bulldozers, in order to obtain the optimal production of tools, an analysis is needed to compare the number and capacity of the heavy equipment to be used in the excavation work of the land. The purpose of this study was to determine the productivity of the machine and get the optimum combination of heavy equipment in terms of time and cost in the earth excavation work. Thus we can plan the proper use of tools and take into account For bulldozers, the production capacity is 86.29 m3 / hour, and the total volume of work is 659.545 m3, with the number of heavy equipment used 3 units and the cost of Rp. 15,278,882. For excavator heavy equipment, production capacity is 44.82 m3 / hour, and the total volume of work is 659.545 m3 with the number of heavy equipment used 2 units and the cost is Rp 11,049,072. For heavy equipment dump trucks, production capacity is 30.09 m3 / hour, and the total volume of work is 659.545 m3 with the number of heavy equipment used 1 unit and the cost is Rp. 4,915,024. so that the costs required for the use of the equipment from the three types of heavy equipment used resulted in a daily rental fee of Rp. 31,242,000 Pada proyek pembangunan galian “Masjid Al-muhandis di depan workshop teknik alat berat Politeknik Negeri Balikpapan”, yang luas total area pembangunannya sebesar 695.545 m3, menggunakan alat berat. alat berat yang digunakan adalah excavator, dump truck dan bulldozer, agar memperoleh hasil produksi alat secara optimal perlu dilakukan analisis untuk mengetahui perbandingan jumlah dan kapasitas alat berat yang akan digunakan pada pekerjaan galian tanah tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui produktifitas alat berat dan mendapatkan kombinasi alat berat yang optimum dari segi waktu dan biaya pada pekerjaan galian tanah. Dengan demikian kita dapat merencanakan penggunaan alat dengan tepat dan memperhitungkan untuk alat berat bulldozer, kapasitas produksi sebesar m3/jam 50.85 dan jumlah volume pekerjaannya 695.545 m3, dengan jumlah alat berat yang digunakan 3 unit dan biayanya sebesar Rp 6.826.888,00. Untuk alat berat excavator, kapasitas produksi sebesar 2.748m3/jamdan jumlah volume pekerjaannya 695.545 m3 dengan jumlah alat berat yang digunakan 2 unit dan biayanya sebesar Rp 4.915.024,00.Untuk alat berat dump truck, kapasitas produksi sebesar 38.93m3/jam,dan jumlah volume pekerjaannya 695.545 m3 dengan jumlah alat berat yang digunakan 1 unit dan biayanya sebesar Rp 3.232.096,00. sehingga biaya yang diperlukan dalam penggunaan alat tersebut.dari ketiga jenis alat berat yang digunakan menghasilkan biaya sewa perhari sebesar Rp 14.974.008,00.
