RANCANG BANGUN SISTEM INFORMASI FARMASI KLINIK RESTU IBU 35 SAMBOJA DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN VISUAL BASIC DAN SQL SERVER

Abstrak (Abstracts)

The development of technology nowadays hold a very important role in daily activity. Almost every activity that were done by workers been computerized, either in web base information system, desktop application, or android application. With the existence of technology development, we can change the way of doing a job which at first we still do everything manually and conventionally become computerized or done by computer. On that fact, desktop base information system is made using visual basic 2015 and sql server 2014. This research is done for make Restu Ibu 35 Health Center Pharmacist easier when doing daily job. To do this research also need to use a hardware, the hardware device specification also become on of the deciding factor. Hardware device that used is Intel Inside Celeron CPU, 6 GB Ram, and 500GB Harddisk. In the process of making the program writer gather functions that needed in the information system. Writer also use some feature that provided by visual basic 2015 and sql server 2014, like module and trigger that can make the program more effective. Beside those two feature, writer also use crystal report plug-in to make report function. This program also tested directly to make sure that the program that made by writer can do the function fully and effectively also fulfil the target. Perkembangan teknologi pada zaman sekarang memegang peranan penting dalam melakukan kegiatan sehari-hari. Hampir setiap kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh pekerja sudah terkomputerisasi, baik dari sistem informasi berbasis web, aplikasi desktop, maupun aplikasi android. Dengan adanya perkembangan teknologi ini, kita dapat mengubah cara mengerjakan suatu pekerjaan yang awalnya masih dilakukan secara manual dan konvensional menjadi terkomputerisasi atau dilakukan dengan komputer. Atas dasar tersebut, dibuatlah sistem informasi berbasis desktop dengan menggunakan visual basic 2015 dan sql server 2014. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memudahkan tugas Apoteker Klinik Restu Ibu 35 dalam melakukan pekerjaan sehari hari. Pengerjaan penelitian ini tidak terlepas dari penggunaan hardware yang digunakan, spesifikasi perangkat hardware juga menjadi salah satu faktor penentu. Penulis menggunakan perangkat hardware berspesifikasi CPU-Intel Inside Celeron, Ram 6GB, dan Harddisk 500GB. Dalam pengerjaannya penulis mengumpulkan fungsi – fungsi yang dibutuhkan dalam sistem informasi ini. Penulis juga menggunakan beberapa fitur yang telah disediakan pada visual basic 2015 dan sql server 2014, seperti module dan trigger agar dapat membuat program ini lebih efektif. Selain kedua fitur tersebut, penulis juga menggunakan plug-in crystal report dalam membuat fungsi laporan. Program juga di uji coba secara langsung untuk mengetahui apakah program yang telah dibuat penulis dapat menjalan fungsinya secara maksimal dan efektif serta memenuhi kriteria yang diinginkan.
