PERANCANGAN APLIKASI SISTEM INFORMASI SPPD BERBASIS PHP DAN MySQL DI PT PLN (PERSERO) UP2D KALTIMRA

A long with the growing age or the world of technology and information today. Data management and dissemination of information will be felt less effective and efficient if the source of information is in a form that is difficult to access by the general public. Therefore, a solution is needed in the form of supporting media in the form of a website-based information system. At PT PLN (PERSERO) UP2D KALTIMRA, the dissemination of information and official travel orders still use manual systems, information on official travel orders given still uses paper media. And it is expected that the permit application based on this website can provide convenience to employees of PT PLN (PERSERO) UP2D KALTIMRA to deliver a notification to the admin staff in the process of making the letter. The purpose of making an information system based on the website at PT PLN (PERSERO) UP2D KALTIMRA is to help the official travel system that will be more structured. Information to the company in the form of data on employees who carry out official travel, will be directly stored in the SPPD application. To find out more in depth about the information available at PT PLN (PERSERO) UP2D KALTIMRA, among others, is profile information, which is carrying out official trips. In the process of collecting data about PT PLN (PERSERO) UP2D KALTIMRA is done by conducting research from various sources such as direct observation, books, interviews, and by looking for references on websites and the internet. The results of designing this website are in the form of an official travel warrant application that has a function to display data on employees who are on official trips, while the information is in the form of assignment letters, assignment dates and others. Seiring dengan semakin berkembangnya zaman atau dunia teknologi dan informasi saat ini. Pengelolaan data dan penyebaran informasi akan dirasakan kurang efektif dan efisien apabila sumber informasi tersebut dalam bentuk yang sulit diakses oleh masyarakat umum. Oleh karena itu maka dibutuhkan suatu solusi berupa media pendukung yang berupa sebuah sistem informasi yang berbasiskan website . Pada PT PLN (PERSERO) UP2D KALTIMRA, penyebaran informasi dan surat perintah perjalanan dinas masih menggunakan sistem manual, informasi surat perintah perjalanan dinas yang diberikan masih menggunakan media kertas. Dan diharapkan aplikasi izin yang berbasiskan website ini dapat memberikan kemudahan kepada pegawai PT PLN (PERSERO) UP2D KALTIMRA untuk menyampaikan sebuah pemberitahuan kepada pihak admin pegawai dalam proses pembuatan surat tersebut. Tujuan dari dibuatnya sebuat sistem informasi yang berbasiskan website di PT PLN (PERSERO) UP2D KALTIMRA ini adalah untuk membantu sistem perjalanan dinas yang akan lebih terstruktur. Informasi kepada pihak perusahaan yang berupa data pegawai yang melakukan perjalanan dinas, akan langsung tersimpan di dalam aplikasi SPPD tersebut. Untuk mengetahui lebih mendalam mengenai informasi yang ada di PT PLN (PERSERO) UP2D KALTIMRA, di antara lain ialah informasi profil, yang sedang melaksanakan perjalanan dinas. Dalam proses pengumpulan data mengenai PT PLN (PERSERO) UP2D KALTIMRA dilakukan dengan cara melakukan penelitian dari berbagai sumber seperti observasi langsung , buku, wawancara, serta dengan mencari refrensi di website maupun internet. Hasil perancangan website ini ialah berupa aplikasi surat perintah perjalanan dinas yang memiliki fungsi untuk menampilkan data pegawai yang sedang perjalanan dinas, adapun informasi yang ada berupa surat tugas, tanggal tugas dan lain – lain.Keyword : Informasi, Website, SPPD, Pegawai
