Rancang Bangun Media Praktikum Sistem Pneumatik Berbasis SCADA

ABSTRACT Nowadays technological advances are developing very rapidly in all fields, which further facilitates human work. For this reason, in a control system, control is needed remotely so that the controlling person does not need to go directly to the controlled instrument. The use of the Human Machine Interface (HMI) helps operators more closely control Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition (SCADA) and PLC (Programmable Logic Control) operations at each stage of operation by placing the operator with a PC as the basis of the system visualization that connects all components in the system well.In various industries in Indonesia there are still many industrial processes carried out manually and even the supervision and control of machines is still done manually. This system is created by communicating 2 Software namely Tia Portal and EasyBuilder Pro. This system has made EasyBuilder Pro monitor and control via computer and communicated with the Siemens S7-1200 PLC to control the drinking water bottle automation system using a pneumatic system and utilize 3 cylinders as a valve to fill the drinking water bottle.The test results can be concluded that the system can monitor and control the function of the start, stop and charging of drinking water bottles. Communication between PLC Siemens S7-1200 and with HMI software (EasyBuilder Pro) and connected to the drinking water bottle filling machine goes as you wish. ABSTRAK Sekarang ini kemajuan teknologi berkembang sangat pesat dalam segala bidang, yang semakin memudahkan pekerjaan manusia. Untuk itu dalam sebuah sistem pengendalian dibutuhkan kendali dari jarak jauh agar manusia yang mengendalikan tidak perlu langsung mendatangi tempat alat yang dikendalikan tersebut. Penggunaan Human Machine Interface (HMI) membantu operator secara lebih dekat untuk mengontrol Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition (SCADA) dan operasi PLC (Programmable Logic Control) pada setiap tahap pengoperasian dengan menempatkan operator dengan PC sebagai basis proses visualisasi sistem yang menghubungkan semua komponen dalam sistem dengan baik.Diberbagai industri di Indonesia masih banyak proses industri yang dilakukan secara manual dan bahkan pengawasan dan pengontrolan Mesin masih dilakukan secara Manual. Sistem ini dibuat dengan mengkomunikasikan 2 Software yaitu Tia Portal dan EasyBuilder Pro. Sistem yang dibuat ini merealisasikan EasyBuilder Pro untuk melakukan pengawasan dan pegontrolan melalui Komputer dan dikomunikasikan dengan PLC Siemens S7-1200 untuk mengendalikan sistem otomasi pengisian botol air minum dengan menggunakan sistem pneumatik dan memanfaatkan 3 buah cylinder sebagai valve pengisian botol air minum.Hasil pengujian dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem dapat memonitor dan mengendalikan fungsi start, stop dan pengisian botol air minum. Komunikasi antara PLC Siemen S7-1200 dan dengan software HMI (EasyBuilder Pro) dan dihubungkan pada mesin pengisian botol air minum berjalan sesuai dengan keinginan.
