RANCANG BANGUN STAND RESEAL ACCUMULATOR BRAKE PADA UNIT HD 785-7 DI PT. UNITED TRACTORS, Tbk SITE JEMBAYAN

Abstrak (Abstracts)

This study aimed to design, build, and use reseal stand to help the resealing process of accumulator brake because the process has some risk of a large workplace accident. The method used field reseach that was carried out during On Job Training at United Tractors Tbk Site Jembayan. The researche identified the risk of a workplace accident and big loss to the company when carrying out the accumulator brake reseal of HD785-7. Therefore, the researiher took the initiative to build accumulator brake reseal stand to reduce the risk of workplace accident and to reduce processing time long enough for the job to be efficient, safety guaranteed, and minimize losses for the company. This study explained how the stand was built, how the stand worked, analyzes the safety of the stand, analyzes the working time, man power analysis, calculates the cost of building the reseal stand and calculates the difference in cost of resealing it ourselves with the cost of resealing elsewhere. This study succeeded in designing and building the accumulator brake reseal stand for HD785-7 at a cost of Rp791.000,-. By using this reseal stand, it reduces the risk of workplace accident such as pinched feet caused by a bounced piston component. It also faster in terms of working time, and the losses can be minimalized as small as possible. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang,membuat dan menggunakan stand reseal untuk membantu proses pekerjaan reseal accumulator brake karena dalam pekerjaanya memiliki beberapa resiko mengalami kecelakaan kerja yang cukup besar. Metode yang di gunakan adalah penelitian lapangan secara langsung yang di lakukan pada saat On Job Training di United Tractors Tbk. Site Jembayan. Penulis mengidentifikasi adanya resiko terjadinya kecelakaan kerja dan kerugian perusaan yang cukup besar saat melakukan pekerjaan reseal accumulator brake HD 785-7. Oleh karena iyu peneliti berinisiatif untuk membuat stand reseal accumulator brake untuk mengurangi resiko terjadinya kecelakaan kerja serta mengurangi waktu pengerjaan yang cukup lama sehingga pekerjaan menjadi efisien dan keselamatannya terjamin dan meminamalisir kerugian untuk perusahaan. Penelitian ini menjelaskan bagaimana proses pembuatan stand, cara kerja stand, analisa safety stad, analisa waktu pekerjaan, analisa man power, mengitung biaya pembuatan satnd reseal dan menghitung perbedaan biaya reseal sendiri dengan biaya saat mengirim komponen untuk di reseal di tempat lain. Penelitian ini berhasil merancang dan membuat stand reseal accumulator brake HD 785-7 dengan biaya Rp. 791.000. Dengan menggunakan stand reseal ini mengurangi resiko kecelekaan kerja seperti kaki terjepit komponen piston terpental,dari segi waktu juga menjadi lebih cepat dan kerugian yang ada dapat di minimalisir sekecil mungkin.
