KAJIAN PENERAPAN PERAWATAN AUTOLUBE SYSTEM PADA EXCAVATOR PC2000-8 SITE SESAYAP COSTUMER PT. UNITED TRACTORS TARAKAN

Excavator is heavy equipment consisting of a machine wheel beside another cherub and built with the sweat by giving them greater special furnished with sleeves ( arm ) residence and the school and scraper ( buckets ) used to complete a work befitting a slave or in the form of of the soil excavation who do not can make a immediately be done flesh made by human hands .On excavator pc2000-8 the lubricity of a pin / with a bushing with grease attachment that were distributed by autolube systems for it lubricates the passage of a pin or with a bushing reflected the bank sound assets .The cause of the a level of noise on a pin cylinder boom pc2000-8 resulting from a lack of the lubricity of on of the components were , a lack of the lubricity of a result of the existence of the deadlock and also damage to a component autolube system patients outside the system that serves actively distribute with grease to point the lubricity of reflected the bank sound assets . The existence of the deadlock and also the possibility of mismanagement of on a tract of autolube system patients outside the system to be implemented in an causing operating income to increase the wear of a pass between two many of the things that so uneasily together in the absence of the lubricity of and could result in the the occurrence of a level of noise that is exaggerated as well as a pin had broken his or jammed so that attachment on the excavators could not function properly.This research used field research in order to establish the cause of the noise on a pin cylinder boom.Obtained as a result fieldwork conditions autolube system has been damaged and are not done, treatment according to the manual book autolube system needed doing maintenance.Efforts to prevent that treatment autolube system conducted in accordance with standardnya is to make recommendations checksheet items autolube treatment system for the pc2000-8. Excavator adalah heavy equipment yang terdiri dari mesin di atas roda khusus yang dilengkapi dengan lengan (arm) dan alat pengeruk (bucket) yang digunakan untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaan berat berupa penggalian tanah yang tidak bisa secara langsung dilakukan oleh tangan manusia. Pada excavator PC2000-8 pelumasan pin/bushing pada attachment menggunakan grease yang disalurkan oleh autolube system untuk melumasi bagian pin atau bushing tersebut. Penyebab terjadinya noise pada pin cylinder boom PC2000-8 akibat kurangnya pelumasan pada komponen tersebut, kurangnya pelumasan akibat dari adanya kebuntuan dan juga kerusakan pada komponen autolube system yang berfungsi untuk menyalurkan grease ke point pelumasan tersebut. adanya kebuntuan dan juga kebocoran pada saluran autolube system ini menyebabkan keausan yang meningkat antara dua buah benda yang bergesekan tanpa adanya pelumasan dan dapat mengakibatkan terjadinya noise yang berlebihan serta pin mengalami patah atau jammed sehingga attachment pada excavator tidak dapat berfungsi dengan baik. Penelitian ini berjenis field research dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui penyebab terjadinya noise pada pin cylinder boom. Didapat dari hasil pemeriksaan lapangan kondisi autolube system mengalami kerusakan dan tidak dilakukan perawatan, sedangkan menurut manual book autolube system diperlukan melakukan perawatan. Upaya pencegahan agar perawatan autolube system dilakukan sesuai dengan standardnya adalah membuat rekomendasi checksheet item perawatan autolube system untuk PC2000-8.
