ANALISA TRANSMISSION ECMV (ELECTRONIC CONTROL MODULATION VALVE) MULFUNCTION UNIT D155A-6 PADA COSTUMER PT. UNITED TRACTORS SITE LOREH

When the researcher conducted On The Job Training (OJT) at PT. United Tractors site Loreh, the researcher found a problem that occurred on the Bulldozer D 155A-6 komatsu unit, namely the transmission of the transmission ECMV (Electronic Control Modulation Valve) mulfunction at PT. Hasta Panca Mandiri Utama Loreh site which caused the unit to not operate so that it could harm the company. Besides Bulldozer is a unit that is quite a lot, one of which is unit D 155A-6. It makes the researcher interested in finding and finding the cause of the problem. Data was collected using the observation method that is to directly observe the problems that occur in the Bulldozer D 155A-6 unit, by doing PPM (Machine inspection program), check ECMV electrical, and overhauling the ECMV. The researcher also takes data with documentation that is taking photos, as well as TSR (Trouble Shooting Report) data and PPM data. Based on the inspection data, PPM data and the results show that the ECMV malfunction is caused by no pressure flowing on the ECMV 1st and 3rd pick-up port clutch and the transmission oil has been mixed with coolant and then after overhauling it is found a blockage in the hydraulic plug orifice line ECMV. Blockage in the hydraulic orifice plug line is caused by dirt entering the hydraulic flow and interfering with the transmission oil circulation which then clogs the plug orifice so that the oil cannot flow. So therefore, the same problem did not recur, do service routinely in accordance with service standards and pay attention to the P2H program (Daily Inspection Program), if there is damage to the operator unit must quickly report the problem so that the problem can be quickly resolved. United Tractors site Loreh, penulis menemukan masalah yang terjadi pada unit komatsu Bulldozer D 155A-6 yaitu transmisi ECMV (Electronic Control Modulation Valve) mulfunction di PT. Hasta Panca Mandiri Utama site Loreh yang menyebabkan unit tidak beroperasi sehingga dapat merugikan perusahaan. Selain itu Bulldozer merupakan unit yang cukup banyak, salah satunya adalah unit D 155A-6. Hal ini yang membuat penulis tertarik untuk mencari dan menemukan penyebab masalah tersebut. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan metode observasi yaitu melakukan pengamatan langsung permasalahan yang terjadi pada unit Bulldozer D 155A-6, dengan melakukan PPM (Program pemeriksaan Mesin), cek electrical ECMV, dan melakukan overhaul pada ECMV. Penulis juga mengambil data dengan dokumentasi yaitu mengambil foto, serta data TSR (Trouble Shooting Report) dan data PPM. Berdasarkaan data hasil pemeriksaa, data PPM dan hasil menunjukkan bahwa ECMV malfunction disebabkan tidak adanya pressure yang mengalir pada pick-up port 1st dan 3rd clutch ECMV serta sebelumnya oli transmisi pernah tercampur dengan coolant dan kemudian setelah dilakukan overhaul maka ditemukan penyumbatan pada plug orifice line hydraulic ECMV. Penyumbatan pada plug orifice line hydraulic tersebut disebabkan adanya kotoran yang masuk kedalam aliran hydraulic dan mengganggu sirkulasi oli transmisi yang kemudian menyumbat plug orifice sehingga oli tidak dapat mengalir. Agar permasalahan yang sama tidak terulang kembali lakukan service secara rutin sesuai dengan standart service dan memperhatikan program P2H (Program Pemeriksaan Harian), apabila terjadi kerusakan pada unit operator harus cepat melaporkan permasalahan tersebut sehingga permasalahan tersebut dapat cepat teratasi.
