PENGARUH ALAT PELINDUNG DIRI TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA KARYAWAN PADA PROYEK PEMBANGUNAN JALAN TOL BALIKPAPAN-SAMARINDA SEKSI 5

Abstrak (Abstracts)

This study aims to determine how the application of the Work Safety program for employees in the Balikpapan-Samarinda toll road development project Section 5 and also to find out what variables can affect the work productivity of employees in the Balikpapan-Samarinda Section 5 toll road construction project. The sample in this study were all employees of the Balikpapan-Samarinda Toll Road Development Section Section 5, totaling 30 respondents. Data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaire methods with 2 variables, namely the variable Work Safety(PPE)(X) and employee productivity(Y). The sample of the study consisted of 30 employees of the Balikpapan-Samarinda toll road construction project Section 5 with the sampling technique using random sampling. Data analysis includes simple linear regression analysis processed through SPSS version 25. From the results of the questionnaire analysis that has been distributed and it is known that the Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) (X) or the Work Safety Program in the Balikpapan-Samarinda Toll Road Construction Project Section 5 is appropriate. with the K3 management system in accordance with the company with the answers to the questionnaire workers 43% have answered strongly agree and 51% agree, which means the implementation of the Work Safety system in this project is going well. Based on the data analysis using the linear regression test method, the coefficient of determination (R square) R² is 0.985, so it can be ignored that the variable using PPE (X) on the Variability of Employee Activity (Y) has an effect of 0.985 or 98.5%. and the remainder of 0.015 or 1.5%, based on other variables or outside this regression equation or which were not studied. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh program Keselamatan Kerja pada karyawan di Proyek Pembangunan Jalan Tol Balikpapan-Samarinda Seksi 5 dan juga untuk mengetahui variabel apa saja yang dapat mempengaruhi produktivitas kerja karyawan pada proyek pembangunan jalan tol Balikpapan-Samarinda Seksi 5. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Proyek Pembangunan Jalan Tol Balikpapan-Samarinda Seksi 5 yang berjumlah 30 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode angket/kuesioner dengan 2 variabel yaitu variabel penggunaan Alat pelindung diri (APD)(X) dan Produktivitas kerja karyawan(Y). Sampel dari penelitian ini sebanyak 30 orang karyawan proyek pembangunan jalan tol Balikpapan-Samarinda Seksi 5 dengan teknik pengambilan sampelnya menggunakan random sampling. Analisa data meliputi analisis regresi linear sederhana yang diolah melalui SPSS versi 25. Dari hasil analisa data kuesioner yang telah disebarkan dan diketahui bahwa Penggunaan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD)(X) atau Program Keselamatan Kerja pada Proyek Pembangunan Jalan Tol Balikpapan-Samarinda Seksi 5 sudah diterapkan sesuai dengan sistem manajemen K3 yang berlaku pada perusahaan tersebut dengan hasil jawaban kuesioner pekerja 43% telah menjawab sangat setuju dan 51% setuju yang berarti peneranapan sistem Keselamatan Kerja di proyek ini berjalan dengan baik. Berdasarkan hasil analisa data menggunakan metode uji regresi linear didapatkan nilai koefisien determinasi (R square ) R² sebesar 0,985 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kontribusi variabel Penggunaan APD (X) terhadap Variabel Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan (Y) berpengaruh sebesar 0,985 atau 98,5%. dan sisa 0,015 atau 1,5% dipengaruhi oleh varibel lain atau diluar persamaan regresi ini atau yang tidak diteliti.
