ANALISA PERBANDINGAN RENCANA ANGGARAN BIAYA PEKERJAAN PELAT LANTAI BETON BERTULANG KONVENSIONAL DAN PELAT LANTAI BONDEK PADA PEMBANGUNAN RUKO 3 LANTAI DI BALIKPAPAN

Abstrak (Abstracts)

The use of floor deck for slab works is generally wherefore it has more advantages than using conventional plates. Compared with conventional plates, floor deck can save more time on operation, materials used and budget cost more minimum. This final project, entitled Comparative Analysis of the Budget Plan for Slab Work With Conventional Reinforced Concrete dan Floor Deck on Development Shophouse 3 Floors in Balikpapan has a main discussion that is to know how much the budget for the work of reinforced concrete slabs conventional and floor deck, and compare the budget of both slab work using SNI Unit Cost 2017 and SNI Unit Analysis 2015 and 2016. In this final project, the object that used is a three floor shophouse. After going through the calculation prosess, the comperative value of budget plan of slab work using floor deck is Rp. 574,213,426.00 where is cheaper than using conventional reinforced concrete which is Rp. 683,936,026.00. So the comparison of the budget plan from this two slab is Rp. 109,722,600.00 . Penggunaan pelat bondek sebagai pelat lantai umumnya karena memiliki lebih banyak keuntungan dibanding menggunakan pelat konvensional. Dibandingkan dengan pelat konvensional, pelat bondek dapat menghemat waktu pengerjaan, material yang digunakan dan anggaran biaya yang lebih minimum. Tugas Akhir dengan judul Analisa Perbandingan Rencana Anggaran Biaya Pekerjaan Pelat Lantai Beton Bertulang Konvensional dan Pelat Lantai Bondek Pada Pembangunan Ruko 3 Lantai Di Balikpapan memiliki pokok pembahasan, yaitu untuk mengetahui berapa rencana anggaran biaya (RAB) untuk pekerjaan pelat lantai beton bertulang konvensional dan bondek, serta membandingkan berapa RAB dari kedua pelat lantai tersebut menggunakan SNI Harga Satuan Bahan dan Upah Kota Balikpapan Tahun 2017, Analisa SNI Harga Satuan Pekerjaan Kota Balikpapan Tahun 2014 dan 2016. Dalam tugas akhir ini, objek yang digunakan adalah sebuah bangunan rumah toko (Ruko) 3 lantai. Setelah melalui proses penghitungan, didapatkan nilai RAB pekerjaan pelat lantai bondek sebesar Rp. 574,213,426.00 dimana lebih murah dibandingan dengan pelat lantai beton bertulang konvensional yaitu dengan harga sebesar Rp. 683,936,026.00. Sehingga didapatkan perbandingan anggaran biaya dari kedua pelat tersebut sebesar Rp. 109,722,600.00 .
