PERBANDINGAN PERHITUNGAN NILAI KALENDERING TIANG PANCANG BERDASARKAN DATA LOAD REACTION HSPD DAN DATA SPT (STUDI KASUS PADA PROYEK PT KALTIM AMONIUM NITRAT)

The foundation of the building must ensure the stability of the building against the specified load. At the erection of the foundation of the stake is carried out calendar testing to ensure the stake is at the specified carrying capacity. The purpose of this study is to know the value of calendaring with SPT data and HSPD load reaction data and to know the comparison of calendaring values with ENR formula and Eytelwein formula. Calculation of calendar value using the carrying capacity of SPT data with mayerhoff method (1956) and HSPD load reaction data. Calculation of calendar values using Modified Engineering News Record (ENR) Formula and Eytelwein Formula formula using LOAD REACTION HSPD data at 5 points namely P-7, P-35, P-114, P-6, P-32 and Standard Penetration Test (SPT) at 5 points namely BH-10, BH-11, BH-12, BH-16, BH-17. The results of the calculation of decrease (calendaring value) and carrying capacity using HSPD load reaction data and SPT data are random differences. The average result of impairment value (calendaring value) with the ENR formula uses smaller SPT data (93%) against HSPD data and the Eytelwein formula uses smaller SPT data (97%) against HSPD data. The results of calendaring values using HSPD load reaction data are obtained the average value of the decrease (calendaring value) in the Eytelwein formula (9,667 cm) is greater (642%) than the ENR formula which is (1,462cm) and the results of calendaring values using SPT data are obtained the average value of the decrease (calendaring value) in the Eytelwein formula (10,127 cm) is greater (621%) than the ENR formula (1,630 cm). Keywords: Foundation, Calendaring, Carrying capacity, Load reaction HSPD, SPT Pondasi bangunan harus menjamin kestabilan bangunan terhadap beban yang ditentukan. Pada pemancangan pondasi tiang pancang dilakukan pengetesan kalendering untuk memastikan tiang pancang sudah pada daya dukung yang ditentukan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui nilai kalendering dengan data SPT dan data load reaction HSPD dan mengetahui perbandingan nilai kalendering dengan formula ENR dan formula Eytelwein. Perhitungan nilai kalendering menggunakan hasil daya dukung dari data SPT dengan metode mayerhoff (1956) dan data load reaction HSPD. Perhitungan nilai kalendering menggunakan rumus Modified Engineering News Record (ENR) Formula dan Eytelwein Formula menggunakan data Load Reaction HSPD pada 5 titik yaitu P-7, P-35, P-114, P-6, P-32 dan Standard Penetration Test (SPT) pada 5 titik yaitu BH-10, BH-11, BH-12, BH-16, BH-17. Hasil perhitungan penurunan (nilai kalendering) dan daya dukung menggunakan data load reaction HSPD dan data SPT terdapat perbedaan yang acak. Hasil rata-rata nilai penurunan (nilai kalendering) dengan formula ENR menggunakan data SPT lebih kecil (93%) terhadap data HSPD dan formula Eytelwein menggunakan data SPT lebih kecil (97%) terhadap data HSPD. Hasil nilai kalendering menggunakan data load reaction HSPD di peroleh nilai rata-rata penurunan (nilai kalendering) pada formula Eytelwein (9,667 cm) lebih besar (642%) dari pada formula ENR yaitu (1,462cm) dan hasil nilai kalendering menggunakan data SPT di peroleh nilai rata-rata penurunan (nilai kalendering) pada formula Eytelwein (10,127 cm) lebih besar (621%) dari pada formula ENR (1,630 cm).
